Very thankful I was referred to the Petraccoine's, they are a great company to do business with for so many reasons. Hats off to Mark, he does a wonderful job. Can't thank them enough!

Petraccione is my go-to for all my plumbing (emergency hot water tank replacement, leaking hose bibs, clogged toilets, broken flange... just to name a few). They usually have someone at my house same day, if not the day after. They are polite, professional and trustworthy! Won’t go anywhere else, ever again!

We had Mark as our service tech to fix our furnace pump. He was on time, meticulous, extremely professional and very knowledgable. Beyond grateful for the service from Petraccione & Sons- the entire team from Carol in the office, Mark & his outstanding honest repair and Lou attending to the issue promptly. The heat broke in my house the first week below freezing, as a new homeowner I felt lost & had several known companies come for estimates- they all seemed like a sales based pitch not with my best interest at hand. Mark came in was incredibly knowledgable, honest and professional. Repair was completely promptly and I do not feel taken advantage of at all. Very happy with my experience. I like to do work myself around the house but this was beyond me: replacing valve on incoming water main. Asked a coworker for a referral and he suggested Loiis Petraccione & Son, said they had done a few jobs at his parents house and had been happy with them. I called, described my problem, they gave an estimate, scheduled service, came exactly on time, did a great job, problem solved. No mess, no rescheduling, all very smooth.. Everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the lead to the guy who came out and did the work was absolutely fantastic! A much welcome experience when dealing with a stressful situation. In my case a hot water heater and some repairs to the shower. They were communicative, punctual and by far the best pricing around. Without question I will call them first in the future.
