The Home Depot

Home Depot is one of my favorite go to place for repair and DIY project supplies and equipment. They have a large selection of just about anything you need. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I do a lot of projects where I am creating hardware pieces for unusual applications and the are really helpful. I highly recommend Home Depot to anyone.

Best place for pros and DIY customers 😎

I had big problem with a new washer it stop working after 3 loads laundry. I called the phone number on receipt they said they would send repair man in a week. WHAT! a brand new washer just delivered is going to be repaired. I was going to take it back to store myself, I was told you can not take it back to Home Depot. I was in tears. I decided to go over to Home Depot and speak to a manager and thank GOD I did , I spoke with Fernando Valls manager he calmed me down got on the phone and with in few minutes a new machine was going to be delivered and broken one was going to be removed with in week. If it wasn’t for Mr VALLS I would not be doing business with Home Depot again and let people know. Thank you again Mr Valls

I don’t go to Home Depot much because it’s not in my neighborhood. Oh, when I do go I enjoy it. They are always helpful. They are always helpful.

Shout out to BILAL he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and saved my new year. The home depot itself prints out receipts that don't have valid codes for surveys, so I couldn't actually take the survey to give Bilal the shout out he really deserves.

This is not my usual Home Depot, however, they were the only store in my vicinity that sold utility trailers. I have to say the customer service is top notch! I purchased a trailer that had scratches on the fender from the manufacturer's delivery. The manager switched out the damaged fender with a good fender from another trailer. He did this while I completed the paperwork and I was on my way without delay. Great job!!

It's always a Great Experience From My Dewalt tools to Plumbing and Heating Supplies The staff is Always Friendly and there to ask To find things

I had to return excess material i bought. Return desk handled easily and quickly. I then found the area I needed. Awesome gentlemen asked what I needed, and if I had a vehicle to handle material, and he helped me obtain the cuts I needed. He was awesome. He was a customer and not an employee. I was working on the project right away.

Great location just 5 minutes away from home. I'm always in the store picking up some supplies and material for my DIY projects.

Had everything I needed, all in one place. Great prices also...

The two men I dealt with in the rental department were absolutely amazing, that’s how customer service should always be done! 6/13 - night shift I think his name was bigg on his employee uniform

For a big box store among the ones, I consider for non-specialty items as their specialized items are limited.

Steve, in gardening at the Schenectady store, went above and beyond in helping me find a product that was not seen readily seen on a shelf. He found it for me and even brought a shopping cart along to help me bring it to the register!

If you need to buy any appliances see Denise in the Schenectady Home Depot. She knows the products and is so very friendly. You won’t be sorry. She made it super easy!

Anthony in the Schenectady paint department is knowledgeable kind helpful and goes out of his way to help. He had five things going on and had zero frustration. Home Depot is lucky to have him. Honestly best employee I’ve ever dealt with at any depot!

I have to commend Brittany at the Home Depot in Schenectady. I was looking desperately for an item and Brittany was not only helpful and beyond professional. She racked me down in the store when she found the item I was looking for. Thank you Brittany!!! You were awesome.

Although it was a while back I did purchase wall to wall carpet from Home Depot. I am pleased with the carpet and the installation. It's holding up well and looks great. Also it was done at a reasonable price. As far as the store is concerned, it has handicapped parking and entrance. There's restrooms in the rear of the store. The staff was friendly and polite. Ordering was fairly easy. Overall a good experience.
