Horrible, horrible experience with one of their staff. Called management to have it addressed and nothing was done by the person I spoke with or the manager. No call back as was promised. Since their worker broke a law, had to file a police report and will pursue that route.

Unfortunately, can’t speak to the quality of service their company provides other than this one individual but if a company allows their employees to fly off the handle in rage and break laws, how well are they vetting their employees and what else are they allowing them to get away with?

Sharon is awful to work with and is incredibly rude and condescending. She will blatantly lie to you about what you are allowed and not allowed to do with your lease. If you do rent with them, read EVERYTHING.

Terrible company. Rude. Unprofessional. Thieves. Crooked. They sell mobile homes and wait until one of the owners dies then they underhand and steal the homes back. Buyer beware.

Disgusted w/this company, Only gave 1 star bc 0 wasn't an option,should be investigated for tax fraud
