I love the Kenwood Store. The layout of the store and the selection is the best. Shout out to Brittany Hodge! She is the best hostess! She is like a personal assistant. She's fun and full of energy. I love the styles and the quality of the merchandise. Although it’s a bit pricey, the pieces I have, I have worn for years. The attendants at the store are very helpful.

The staff at Sundance in Kenwood Mall is unlike anything you’ve experienced. It feels like you are shopping with your best friends/sisters. I have never felt more appreciated and confident like I do when shopping there. You can tell the ladies at the store are genuine, great souls- the kind of women that build you and others up. In the last 2 weeks I have splurged in the store 2x because not only is the clothing unique, of great quality and beautiful, but the women working there are simply the best. Sundance is lucky to have the women at Kenwood representing their company. An extra special thank you to Jessie, Brittany and Caroline, you ladies are amazing and thank you again for your help finding that perfect BLUE dress :). See you soon!

I have been shopping at Sundance in the Kenwood Mall since January 2021 and I have NOT had one unpleasant experience. The staff is the "Epitome" of what professional sales women should be and what I mean by that is that they are not pushy, nor are they overbearing. Shelby sets the store like she works on Rodeo Drive and Brittany's honesty is what I need when trying on outfits that I am on the fence about. The store manager Emily is a true gem and she definitely deserves a raise because retail is super hard work and she makes it look flawless. I will continue to patronize this store in the future.

I absolutely love Sundance in Kenwood mall! The store is full of beautiful things. The ladies that work there are equally as beautiful! They are so charming and they really love helping customers. I seen a beautiful velvet top online and I just had to have it. I had a few questions about it so I called the store. The lady sweetly helped me with sizing and she shipped it to my house! I received my package 2 days later! It was beautifully wrapped! The shirt is so beautiful!

Had the most pleasant experience visiting the Sundance Store in Cincinnati. While I am not new to Sundance, I had never been to the store because it is over 3 hours away. My best friend and I decided to visit the store because I was helping her find the perfect dress for her son's wedding. They had the best staff, especially Emily who went out of her way to locate items for us. After the best shopping experience, she gave us her card so we could contact her if we had any questions or needed assistance in the future. We really appreciated this being so far away. We are looking forward to our next trip!

I just love this store! It’s always such a positive experience. The ladies who work there are second to none! The are always so nice and sweet to me. They are super helpful and they remember me whenever I go in there. It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It smells amazing and the merchandise is unique.

The staff at this store are incredible. They have assisted me with both phone orders and in-person. The store is also beautifully curated. I've visited several Sundance stores, and this is without question the absolute best for customer service.

Visited this store this past November with my BFF and we had the best experience mainly because of the staff! Emily, the store manager was kind , helpful , caring as we were and are all maneuvering through a pandemic ,her service was safe and efficient. She continues to carry these traits via email and phone calls as we live 3 + hours away. We look forward to returning in 2021. There is something so delightful about browsing through a Sundance store instead of a catalog.

I was looking for a one-of-a-kind gift and in addition to securing that, I received ONE-OF-A-KIND customer service, extraordinary effort and amazing personality from EMILY at Kenwood Town Ctr. My Sundance purchases are always a big hit, but Emily went out of her way to make her store shine as brightly as their products! I appreciate this and it guarantees them a return customer in me.

So valuable to have Sundance as a brick and mortar store in our area! Having the opportunity to actually try on and experience the fabric, fit and finishing of garments has been a game changer. I run and work out, so my physique is athletic - slimmer in some places and stronger in others than 'average'. All the premium brands seem to have the same size chart, but fabric and fabrication have a substantial effect on how (and whether) the finished garment will actually fit once you put it on a person. Even within a product line, fabric changes the fit - so in order to achieve success I simply have to try a garment on. The team at this store is knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. This fall, I found the perfect fit, and once I'd tried it in real life, I wanted another color. So I called - and even though they only had one of the pieces in stock, they helped me find the companion to complete the set. Outstanding customer service, outstanding merchandise quality. Now this store is my go-to resource - one that I would never have taken a chance on if they did not have a store in my neighborhood.

Went in with my wife to exchange an item from Christmas. Sales Lady was extremely nice. I really love the style of clothing they offer. Exchanged a coat for a sweater. Transaction was simple and quick. Very positive experience overall.

Sundance Kenwood has the most exemplary customer service I've ever experienced. We were assisted by Jessy who was a ray of sunshine and so very helpful. The store is stocked with unique and special items you can't find anywhere else. I will be back!

Jessy was TERRIFIC!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness! I called the catalogue and slippers I wanted were out of stock. Jessy at the Cincinnati store when I called to check and see if they were in stock in the store, talked to me and was incredibly helpful. She found me the boots! Love the customer service. She was friendly, helpful and so kind.

I have been a huge fan of Sundance clothing for years. Now I have another reason to love it: Emily Victor. She's the Kenwood manager and someone who has repeatedly gone above and beyond. If you want to know what great customer service looks like, stop in and say hello to Emily!

I can't say enough about the friendly and fantastic service my wife and I experienced while shopping at the Kenwood Sundance store. Emily, Utta and all the other ladies were attentive, sensitive and supportive to my wife and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Guys don't worry, the ladies at Sundance are aware of our impatience, boredom and general displeasure when it comes to shopping, but Emily and Utta keep you in the loop, they offered me coffee and there are great places to sit and stare the most important reason for being there, your significant other as the Sundance team turn her into your exclusive dream angel. I became aware of the Sundance store by way of its founder, Mr Robert Redford. I knew of his reputation as an actor and his film festival and intrigued by the by his chrisma and the charm of the great southwest it didn't take rocket science to figure out the magnetism and interest in the stunning clothing represented at Sundance. Yet, Sundance does not stop at this part of the world, it goes all over the world to find the most important, relevant and beautiful clothing that can ever be found, from kimonos, sandals and whatever suits your tastes you'll find all these things right here in Cincinnati Ohio. You'll find at Sundance Kenwood.

Have frequented the store for special occasions and must say the wonderful young lady working the jewelry section is a jewel herself. Very easy to work with and very helpful. This store while a chain is still very unique to this city. Highly recommend...

I really enjoy this store. I don't always buy as not everything is quite my style, but I always have a good time regardless. This store is great for personalized and unique gifts. The items you find are well made and worth the cost.
