Just had a marvelous meal here with my wife. They have both indoor and outdoor seating in this charming restaurant. First this restaurant always has the best mixed drinks so I highly recommend one. The food is delicious and the homemade desserts and ice cream are the best!!! Will definitely eat here again.

My Husband & I enjoyed our dinner here. The calamari was delicious. We also had ordered brisket with coleslaw & beans, so yummy. We also enjoyed the Mushroom Pici Toscani , it was so flavorful. Our waitress Taylor was such a sweetheart. So attentive & fabulous. Thank you for a nice meal. See you when we visit the Catskills again. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

We tried the crispy duck fries appetizer as well as the salmon and chicken pot pie entrees. All three were delicious! The atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Wow. Hosted a 40th birthday party here last night and I can't say enough about the owners, staff, food, and service. From beginning to end, stress-free coordination with George who is genuine, caring, patient, and helpful. They went above and beyond for us. Everything was absolutely delicious. George was responsive and delightful to work with. We will be back- do not hesitate to come here. What an absolute gem. Thank you George for making it a memorable evening for such a special occasion. ❤

The owners are, truly, some of the most genuine business owners I’ve ever met. Deeply kind, so fun to be around, and to top it off, the food and atmosphere are great and chill. I love The Spy team, and I’m so glad that it’s in my town. Thank you all! ✨

Just read a review on here from someone who mentioned the owner being vile and I’m genuinely perplexed. We had a reservation for 6:30 and had to move it to later due to friends running behind. The owner was amazing and accommodating, regardless of the fact that it was a crazy Saturday night. Honestly, I was surprised the owner was on prem.

Anyway, the food was amazing, the staff was lovely and our whole crew is looking forward to another great meal at Spy.

Charming restaurant with excellent food. Been here a few times, very consistent. Good vegetarian offering and some vegan choices as well (tofu wings are fantastic). The service is good.

My husband and I ate here tonight and it was delicious. We had the grilled Ceasar salad, the short rib and the duck breast. And the flourless chocolate cake special for dessert. Everything was cooked well, the flavors were excellent and the service was friendly. Flourless chocolate cake was divine.
We loved the atmosphere as well, with outdoor and indoor dining options. They also have a very nice looking bar that has seating.
Would definitely recommend.

We are visiting the area from DC and found Spy based on reviews. We came in late on a Friday. Our server was very attentive and warm and seated us promptly even though our reservation was for later. The Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The food was across the board excellent. The cooking, ingredients, and presentation were all top notch. In fact the food was so good we ate at Spy the next evening as well. This is an excellent and sophisticated gourmet restaurant that should not be missed.

Amazing Food wonderful place. Severs are very attentive. The main reason for my review is to apologize for my behavior to the owner when I was a guest at a private party last night We had a disagreement that I don’t want to expose the details but I was extremely rude and disruptive and disrespectful to the poor woman and her guests at the bar. She was very professional in the way she handled me and I intend to stop back and apologize to her in person. I highly recommend this place for fine dining.and awesome service!

I rarely would write a review but I have to say that every bite was delicious even the leftover Caesar and beet salad I had the next day. I also told the chef as I passed by the kitchen . It was pricey for me but worth it.

Amazing food! We had the grilled ceasar and fried artichoke stems as appetizers. Paired with a glass of wine you have to get the duck breast dish! Best I've ever had! Save room for dessert as they offer lots of delicious options both vegan and Gluten Free.

An excellent meal, with outstanding service and a wonderful family atmosphere! Will be returning.

What a gem to find! Not only a respite from a long weekend of hiking, but truly a culinary delight and great atmosphere to relax and ruminate. Starting off with a delicious homemade soup and tasty calamari and then moving to one of the best braised short ribs we have ever had was a treat. I had a well portioned cedar plank salmon with an absolutely delicious fennel cream sauce. Brigitte could not have been more kind and welcoming to our 3 children who enjoy good food and flavors. We then indulged with the apple crisp, the homemade cheesecake, and chocolate brownie sundae… the brownie was my favorite but it was a toss up! We will be back every time we come back to this area!

My friends and I visited The Spy Eatery this past weekend and were blown away by the food and service. They kindly accommodated our party of 5 last minute and seated us outside-- the ambiance of their garden was lovely! There were so many delicious choices on the menu and all of us were delighted with what we ordered. The waitress was very kind, and we were impressed that the owner came out to chat with us. By the end of our visit, we were talking about returning! I'd highly recommend this restaurant-- I love to support local and it's even better when it's clearly worth the effort.

What an incredible place! The owner and the staff were warm and friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere is beautiful, inside and out -- we had dinner outside on the patio, which was lovely. Come for the ambience; stay for the food, which is delicious -- we ordered roast chicken and burgers and everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I can't say enough about how great this dining experience was!

I have been coming to the restaurant for over 16 years . I love The Spy because they really focus on quality . Seasonal ingredients, high end cocktails and professionally trained staff. The owners are amazing people I have come to know very well over the years. George and Brichette are the best restaurant owners I know! They pour their heart and soul into that place. They make you feel at home are always truly excited to see you ! If you haven’t been , you must try!

And o ya! You MUST try the Buffalo Tofu Wings . One of kind and shockingly delicious

The owner and her husband have done a great job creating a neighborhood eatery that makes everyone feel at home and among friends. We've been dining here for decades. The menu changes seasonally, the wine list is solid, and the quality of food and service is consistent and high quality. One of the most professionally run restaurants in the area. Check it out!

This is by far the greatest restaurant in our area. When ever friends or family come up to visit I make sure we take them to the spy. It feels like a home away from home. The chef and owner duo are a power team of talent and hospitality. I can’t rave about this restaurant enough.
Each time I go there is a new fresh, seasonal and creative special from ramp ravioli to a meal served with a side of cookies.
High falls would not be what it is without them. I actually feel giddy and excited every time I know I am going to get to eat at The Spy Social Eatery. Do yourself a favor and head there as fast as you can, they book up really fast during the warm seasons.
