Great Hometown Hardware store. They stand behind their products and actually seem to care about their customers. They have a ton of selection and are fairly priced. Rewards Member is definitely worth the time as well. Great deals and quality products.

Got to our cabin last weekend only to find we had a water leak in one of our walls. Very old plumbing and plastic lines, very typical.
Went to Scholze's after a plumbing contractor suggested to for all our plumbing needs. And he was right! Found everything we needed and it didn't cost us a arm and a leg.

Truly the best Ace with the helpful hardware folks. I'm never turned away for any of my weird diy project needs or regular house updates. The wide selection of tools to materials is amazing. Reminder they have a great tool and machinery rental service.

Two summers ago my family and myself stayed at a rental cabin owned by the owner of Scholze Ace Home Center. On our way home I decided to stop in and tell him how much we enjoyed staying at his cabin. When we entered the store I was impressed how huge the selection was. It looked like they had just about everything. Even though the staff knew we weren't making a purchase they were extremely friendly. I wish we had a store like this near where I lived.

Right when I walked in the cashier greeted me and eight more steps inside one of the workers asked if we needed assistance. I asked for blocks for a fireplace and he showed us a range of blocks. We picked and headed in back to pick them up. One of the workers even though it wasn't in their job to help, helped carry the ten cement blocks into my car. Great and friendly customer service.
