Friendly staff helpful, got us plates and bowls spoons forks napkins she was awesome! When my hubby checked in she made him feel like we were the most important customers today, he's usually put off by check in etc...but this young lady made him feel like he was welcome and wanted in the hotel. Thanks for that! We will definitely make this a routine stop, we will be visiting every few months. Highly recommend this hotel has a pool a hot tub bring a suit.....I forgot...!!!! all this & free breakfast, and PETS ARE WELCOME TOO!!

Great place to stay in Ironwood. Has a limited, but serviceable breakfast, close to copper cup for excellent morning caffeine. Close to copper peak and the other water falls. Clean room, nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff friendly and professional. Good relaxing vibe. Pet friendly.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The girl at the check in desk was great, had a good sense of humour. Was a great way to end the day after an 8 hour drive from Winnipeg. :) Breakfast choices were a little bit better than comparably-priced hotels I've stayed at in the past. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was as expected, but the service was amazing! The people who work there is what takes this place over the top. We will stay here again for sure!

Traveling through upper Michigan on our vacation on our way to Wisconsin or RV had a blowout. Couldn’t get anyone out to service it that evening so we were forced to find a place for our family and dogs to safely stay for the night. Got the last room they had for the evening. Front desk was helpful in providing info on where we could find a bite to eat since it was late and the surrounding area is small. They also granted us a late checkout so we weren’t stuck on the side of the highway while our RV was getting repaired. Would definitely stay here again. Clean room, decent breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff!

Stayed at several hotels in this town...this is the best one hands down. Won't stay anywhere else.

The pool and hot tub are really nice, there is usually a few people in there but never really busy. All the rooms are very nice and clean, and there is nice big seating area in the front. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The breakfast here is always great, they have pancakes and breakfast sandwiches that are really good. The apple juice is also always really good.

Quiet,clean ,easy location, nice pool area, good selection for breakfast. Affordable.

I stayed here for about a week and it is a great location. Clean and near the main strip in Ironwood. Staff is great, helpful and friendly, with anything we needed during our stay.
I had some work to do while visiting and needed help with their business center and the front desk was great.

Comfortable, quiet, comfy beds, clean; friendly & efficient staff. Decent breakfast. Best and most up-to-date hotel in Ironwood-Hurley area. Great location, adjacent to Iron Belle walking/biking trail, also snowmobile trail.

Excellent hotel! Great service amazing breakfast!!! Seriously the breakfast is amazing they have a cool pancake machine that dispenses delicious pancakes onto your plate with a simple wave of your hand. Marcy and Elenore we're extremely helpful and went above an beyond to accommodate us during our stay! I would recommend this hotel if you will be staying anywhere around the Ironwood/Hurley area.

Hotel exceeded my expectations! Nice, CLEAN rooms and staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Complimentary breakfast was good; yogurt, instant oatmeal, apples, pancakes, cereal, pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches, donuts and bagels. Lots of options! Coffee available at all times!

Great service, we had a room upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise for our honeymoon. Room was pet friendly and very spacious! Pool and hot tub were great and the free breakfast was very good too! The parking lot is under construction and a little rough right now.

Extremely clean hotel and absolutely beautiful natured staff.. definitely recommend this location, trailhead access was wonderful...there's also is the special lady named Janeena who works the breakfast bar so goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests needs...she is an incredible sparkling personality and that company is blessed to have her....thanks you again!! Friendly staff, quiet clean rooms, minutes away from plenty of areas for hiking and seeing waterfalls, close to ski resorts and snowmobile trail right behind hotel. Reception area has a fireplace and lots of seating with a nice big tv. Pool area also has a pool table. Rates were decent.

We were just driving through but Marcy at the front desk told us about all the great hiking and sights around town and we decided to stay. Good experience!

From one of the worst Wyndham hotels (in Fargo, North Dakota) to one of the best all in the same trip! This place was great! We only stayed one night but our room was HUGE!! It had two king beds and space for our blow up queen mattress! Clean, comfortable, great staff! Just a nice, quiet hotel to get a nice night's rest!
