We had a great experience with 146 Auto from start to finish. We went in just to look at a truck my husband was eyeing. Tara and Joe worked with us and helped make purchasing it possible for him! Frank then helped us finish the process. It was a quick process, and they made everything easy. Would definitely recommend!

I stopped in to see if they could take care of a cracked tire rim. It was my first time there. The service was exceptional. Heath explained everything to me, took his time, did not try to sell me on anything else, and they took care of my rim. The girl at the desk (can't remember her name) was really helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have found a local auto shop with such great customer service and extremely reasonable pricing.

I had a great experience here, Frank was awesome and made the buying process of my truck super easy! And the vibe there was great, no pressure like at other dealerships. Loving my truck and I would recommend this place 👍🏽

Went to Rte 146 for a car for my son. We met with Jay and test drove it. Son wanted to wait to look at other cars and Jay was not pushy and very understanding. Went back a couple of weeks later and Jay was not in, but met with Joe the owner. Showed us around the place and was very nice and again not the pushy sales type. We bought the car and very pleased with the experience. I recommend them.

Rt 146 Auto Sales is a great dealership for purchasing used cars. Joe and Mike are the best sales people to do business with, honest people that you will ever find. Joe/Mike were great to work with, answering all my questions or getting the answer if they were not sure, which they usually were correct. I will be buying more cars / trucks from them.

Was given the run around by a local dealer regarding my truck, waited over 6 weeks for parts and couldn't wait longer with truck issues! Called Joe and he took my truck next morning and had it back to me inside of 24 hours prefect including additional mechanical issues that needed repair. 2014Ram 2500. I just had tires and maintenance work done. This is the place where you are going to want to take your vehicle for its next service. Not only will the owner come by to say hi and thank you for coming in, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable for all of your vehicle concerns. The service manager Heath is both casual and honest and will always have the best interest for your needs. They have everything you need from routine maintenance to custom everything. Bottom line, it’s a great place! If you are in the market for a quality used pickup or suv do not go anywhere before checking out this place. Take the drive to RT 146 auto sales and service. You will not be disappointed!!!

I will say a few things about 146 Auto Sales. My experience was nothing but positive. I bought a Jeep a few days ago and Jay in sales was great. The loan process was easy and quick. I've had bad experiences before with dealerships playing games, but there were none here. The transition with insurance and registering went smooth. Took a little longer with the reg but that's the state of Massachusetts RMV for you. The only minor issue was inspection in Mass. The Jeep failed for the left front hub. I called that day and talked with Jim in service. They told me to come right away and they would fix my issue. Within 3 hours the Jeep was fixed and I was back in Mass getting the inspection and it passed no issues. People can pick anything apart with any service or sale you get but the people at 146 were nothing but professional and stood by their sales. From all the girls at the service counters to Jay in sales and Jim in service they did their job and then went way beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. Thank you ! All the reviews I read that were negative do not reflect the positive experience I had. I would definitely go there again if I was looking for another vehicle.

We bought a truck here.. Probably the smoothest/most straight forward experience I’ve had buying a car. As part of my due diligence I immediately brought the truck to my regular mechanic for analysis. He said “It doesn’t need a thing.. they sold you a good truck.” Usually he is plenty happy to take my money so this was welcome news. Jay at 146 did tell me they would inspect the truck thoroughly prior to delivering, and it seems they did a good job.

Excellent staff and service. They had exactly what I wanted and made the process quick and easy. Will be coming here for all my service needs in the future. Would absolutely buy a vehicle from them again.

Great place this is my 3rd truck from them they are great. Did a custom interior for me and exhaust. Jay was very helpful and makes everything easy. Joe is a great guy and has a very professional staff. Best trucks in new england.
