Home run? Walk off Grand Slam is more like it!! Michelle Penick could not have been more informative, professional and patient as she escorted us on our journey to escape California. Our wishes were like a list of demands in a Mookie Betts contract negotiation: privacy, close to downtown, single story, wine fridge, walk-in pantry, and more. Sarah McVean is the absolute best. She is one of the most hardworking and caring individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. It was nice having someone that I could trust guide me through the home buying process with my interests in mind. This was especially important to me as a first time home buyer. Our realtor Sarah was so incredibly helpful! She was patient throughout the process as this was my husband's and I's first home purchase and helped us go through multiple offers before we found the house we wanted. Build Idaho was an awesome team to buy a home from. We are moving from California and came out in February when they had a snow storm and our Agent Michelle who is awesome only had a car. Her boss Trey offered his Saturday to drive all six of us around in his vehicle that had 4 wheel drive. We spent the day with them and what a good group of people. We actually put a bid on a house and it was accepted the same day. During our escrow period we dealt with Henley and he was amazing as well. At the end of escrow he sent an email reminding us of all the things that need to be taken care of when you buy a house. And to boot there was a nice gift sitting on our counter when we got there. This group was so professional and sincerely nice, we had a great experience!

My wife and worked with Christina Myers on purchasing a house. She presented us with multiple options that checked the boxes for our needs, but ultimately we choose a new build through Toll Brothers. Christina immediately showed how valuable she was as our realtor advocating for us from the start. We watched family go through the same process with another realtor and they did not have nearly the same support. I would 100% recommend Christina Myers. The moment there was an issue even a minor one she was all over it and had it solved before we even had a chance to get involved. We felt valued from start to finish, and although we love our new home, if we ever wanted to make a move in the future we would Christina on both sides of that transaction due to her excellent work.

Jeff Kinshella has helped us purchase three homes and sell two. He goes above and beyond for his clients and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. He comes with my highest recommendation, if you’re looking for a realtor in the Boise area he’s your guy!

We had an amazing experience with Build Idaho! Our agent, Candie Bruchman, was incredible. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and were feeling very uneasy, especially in the current market. Candie handled it all in stride and was so patient, kind, thorough, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. She made the process so much more pleasant and less stressful than we were anticipating - she made it fun and got us into a house that is perfect for us! From start to finish she has always had great response time, offered us helpful tips from her many years of experience, spent late nights, early mornings, and weekends working with us to get things done quickly and on our crazy schedules, and went out of her way to pick up some extra slack for us as we were out of town for a few weeks of the process. I could tell she truly listened to us when we told her what we did and didn’t want, and she made sure to find options that aligned with what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning to Candie when we are ready for our next home, and I would recommend her and the great Build Idaho team to anyone!

I would highly recommend Landon, he helped us find the perfect lot and contractor to build our home, he responds quickly to your calls and texts, he's very helpful in all your needs during our process and very responsive if you have any issues. And, at the end, he drove a very long distance to meet us and see our house during and after the construction. I do think you would be happy if you have Landon as your agent.
