I had a wonderful experience here. As soon as I walked in, the ladies at the front desk greeted me with kindness. Dr. Ravagnani was precise with my eye exam and I could tell he is very passionate about what he does. He was very easy to talk to and had a friendly demeanor. I expressed my concern with my previous contacts leading to dryness and irritation, and he was able to find me a brand that works well for me. I can't even feel them in my eyes, which is amazing. I highly recommend them.

I needed to switch eye doctors because of an insurance change, and Stage House was listed on my insurance providers. I called to confirm they accepted my insurance, and got in for a new patient appointment within a week. Dr. Joe was very nice, went over my exam results and other health information regarding eyes very thoroughly with me. I told him I was looking for new glasses and possibly sunglasses. When I was met by the technician Stephanie, she was super helpful with picking out my frames, and was honest with what looked good and what didn’t. She even recommended the brand that had magnetic clip on sunglasses frames, saving me from having to buy 2 separate pairs. My order came in much sooner than expected, and I was able to go pick up the same day they arrived. I had to return for an additional adjustment, and Stephanie greeted be my name, was very pleasant, and I was in and out in a couple minutes. I’ve already recommended Stage House to several of my family members, and I will definitely continue to go annually.

I have been going to Dr. Ravagnani for years. He is personable, relaxing and thorough. The practice is well run. Staff always explore the best options for me based on my insurance plan. There is a nice selection of stylish frames and staff has helped guide me toward some more fashion forward choices. I get a lot of compliments on my glasses.

The entire experience from start to finish was everything someone could hope for. Incredibly welcoming and kind reception, thorough and enjoyable evaluation, and excellent care and optical options. It is the first time I have found contacts I would actually wear and had such a hard time choosing which glasses to go with considering the wonderful variety they offer. I was new to the area looking for a more local optometrist, and I can confidently say I have found my go to practice. Highly, highly recommend.

Overall wonderful experience. Beautiful office. Very clean. Dr and staff made me feel very comfortable. Exam process was a breeze. Very pleased with my eyeglass purchase. Traditional & contemporary selection of frames. They worked with my insurance to give me a very fair price.

I have gone to this doctor for 15+ years and he is outstanding. Recently my son injured his eye at school. He was in a fair amount pain. I picked him up from school, and without even calling ahead, drove straight to Dr. Ravagnani's office. I wanted an expert, not someone at an med center who didn't know what they were doing. We were taken back immediately and the Dr. took care of him. He is kind and patient, and made my son feel so much better. I highly recommend his office. Office staff is always pleasant, and patient. I am happy to have a local doctor that can take care of our whole family.

I joined the Glass Explorer program a few months ago and soon after had a need to get my new frames fitted with prescription lenses. I called a few different places in the area, and Stage House Vision was the only one that was willing to work with me. Not only that, but they were very enthusiastic about it (I was the first person to bring Glass to them), and very friendly.

The turnaround was quick and overall I was very pleased with my experience.

Really charming vision office with friendly and professional staff. There's a certain charm and level of personable care that comes from a small business (I, myself, am one) and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vision office. Process was quick, easy and staff creates a safe and clean environment due to Covid. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ravagnani is a very personable guy who made me feel very comfortable. His office is very efficient with appointments - getting in and out. Picking out glasses took me forever, but Cindy was very patient with me. My whole family are patients and we highly recommend him. My daughter Abigial loves going there bc he tells her her eyesight is perfect!

Dr. Ravagnani and the rest of the staff were great. I initially came because they were recommended by my insurance company. That's always a crap shoot because who knows if they are just trying to save money by sending you to somewhere cheap. That wasn't the case at all. It was actually a very nice office. No complaints on my end at all.

I've been coming to Stagehouse Vision for over a decade. Dr. Joe is kind, caring and thorough. His staff take their time to get to know you and are so patient helping you fit contacts or finding the right frames and lens.

Loved my experience at Stagecoach! Friendly staff, excellent doctor who uses updated technology to check vision. So glad they are in my hometown! Will visit again for my next exam for sure.

I've been a Stage House Vision customer for more than 15 years and always get great service from Drs. Ravagnini and Manenti. They and their staff are friendly and make it easy to discuss any medical or billing issues. They are a tremendous asset to the Brecksville community!

Was blind and this was the only place siri could find for me. I was very impressed with the personal care from Dr. Ravagnani. I had a semi serious eye injury and was treated like a human not another number and a perscription. Loved the friendly staff! Will be back.

This office is top rate, and I would highly recommend them. Both the doctors and staff are very professional, personable, and efficient. The office is clean and decorated nicely. Most importantly, they use the latest technology.
