Very fun place. Definitely going here more often. It was a very fun experience. A lot of good sections. I liked the kitchen the most. Had a lot of cool doodads.

Amazing it's tempting to buy everything when you see it in person instead of just adding everything to your cart online. I feel like they can improve on adding a cozy home area like blankets, slippers, etc. Over all great store I love how I can add and scan everything to my Amazon account after seeing it in person.

One of the coolest places. I now have long term relationship with Amazon as a customer, so I was super excited to find that this store actually exists. Its like roaming around the digital store in person. I bought few good items from here, the store needs to be more spacious in order to get more stocks. I visit the one in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

This place was a joy to discover! I had never been here before.

I was looking for the new Nintendo Switch OLED and Game Stop had literally sold the last one in Palm Beach County, coincidentally at the same time and store I was trying to order it online from, the other party won the prize!

Shortly after that happened, a little bird told me to try the Amazon Store in the Gardens Mall as it seemed they had them in stock, which indeed they did! I called and it was confirmed, they were also selling them at the MSRP which all LEGITIMATE retail sellers are asking.

I made my trek from Palm Springs to Palm Beach Gardens and found the store. It wasn't a huge space as I was expecting, after all, it is Amazon and they have EVERYTHING, right? It's a modest space with many tables and a myriad of eclectic offerings. I could have taken hours to leasurly peruse the inventory and someday I will. However, I was on a mission now and had no time for distraction. My Switchy radar kicked into gear and located my rare gem in a very small display case located in a back corner of the store, directly below the Oculus. I quickly snagged the attention of a very helpful young man, who after a brief conversation revealed he had the new switch as well. He told me to follow him which I did without question. He did not have to take one from the display case as there were even more of them behind the regester ready for the taking, which is exactly what I did. He was very pleasant and most helpful, answering my questions as he completed my transaction.

Thank you Amazon, you've made this 68 year old gaymer very happy and helped relieve some of the eye strain my Switch Lite, with the considerably smaller screen, has inflicted on me. This was considered a VERY successful and enjoyable shop. I can't wait to go back.

The store is well lit but not blindingly so, very clean and easy to maneuver. The tables are full if merchandise but I never got the feeling they were cluttered as they were neet and organized . Sales Associates are friendly, helpful and mine was knowledgeable about my purchase, that was a big plus in my book!

I plan to return when I have an hour or so to take my time and check out everything, which could be a dangerous proposition for my wallet.

Not going to lie, I pre-judged this store as it seemed to defeat the purpose of online shopping to have it in person as well.

But, I will admit I was completely wrong. The store highlights some amazing products and I found myself wanting to buy everything before I left. 😅

Amazon is always a great experiencie. Today I couldn't catch the lady's name at the store, but she was really nice,polite and helpful. More people like her should be everywhere else. The Store at The Gardens Mall, Palm Beach Gardens. On a Thursday September 30th around 6pm

This store has a nice sampling of items available from amazon.com. it is also a convenient place to return amazon.com orders. It feels sort of like going to a flea market because you never know which products will be there today.

Loved it!!! Staff was super nice and helpful. I got a little overwhelmed in the store because there was so much to look at!! Super clean and people were staying 6 feet apart for the most part

Every retail store, including the Amazon 4-Star store in the Gardens mall, is trying to follow the COVID-19 guidelines. Their goal is to keep everyone safe. The store staff is super nice and they provide a great service! I can’t believe that someone would rate the store with 1 star because he arrived at 6:35pm, and “His Majesty” was told that the store was at full capacity. This shows the ignorance and absurd sense of entitlement in our society. To the guy that wrote the childish review.....do yourself a favor, grow up and act like a grown up man.

A lot like scrolling through Amazon, a little bit of everything and nothing you really need. Store offers Amazon pricing for Prime Members and checkout goes directly to your Amazon account as long as you have the app. Note: Be prepared to wait in line to get in at launch.

It's definitely new actually being in an Amazon store, really awesome that prime members get decent discounts as well. If you have one near you, definitely check it out!

Love this store! We visited while on vacation in West Palm Beach. I wish we had one of these back home in Pennsylvania!

It's like shopping on the Amazon app but you're physically at the store seeing and shopping for everything. The experience was nice.

Walked right in picked out 3 items to finish off my Christmas shopping for the this year and we're checked out quickly.
