Terrible experience dropping off. Told me the fuel was low and truck was dirty. Used one day and cleaned and just filled it. I asked to see it and they wouldn't let me. Tried to charge me extra for little things.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! THEY ARE LIERS. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT CHEAPER AND WHATS NOT. SAID THAT THERE WAS NO PLACE TO RETURN THE UHAUL IN HAWTHORNE AND MICANOPY. THE MAN WAS A LIER! NO HELP AT ALL! THE WORSE THING I WAS LESS A MILE AWAY THAT I COULD RETURN THE UHUAL AND HAD TO DRIVE 15 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY . THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS HORRIBLE. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW TO CHECK OUT THE UHAUL UNTIL I GOT A TEXT MESSAGE HALF WAY DOWN THE ROAD. I DID TAKE PICTURES OF THE UHAUL AND THE TEXT WAS EXPIRED !
