First off love the pool area, as it's spacious and clean with access to the patio where you can bring your own grill and enjoy the sun. The grass outside is green and well maintained to those who choose to take advantage of the pet friendly policy they offer. The complimentary breakfast has an automatic pancake maker my kids are obsessed with and other options as well. And the staff here are friendly and do try to be accommodating to their guests or so I feel. Plus they offer coffee 24/7❤

The hotel was nice and clean. The young man who checked us in was new, yet he did his very best! They had been having some system issues and running cards, which wasn't within his control. He was very sweet and did everything he could to expedite things. Breakfast was decent. Coffee could be better. All in all, a hood experience.

My family and I all thought American Lodge was a nice hotel to stay at! The staff were kind and courteous. Besides running a business,I clean part-time so therefore I found the room to be very clean. The room was also a nice size for my family and my self. We would stay at the AmericInn Lodge again.

Have stayed here multiple of times. Clean, quite, pleasant people. I'd stay again when I'm in town.

I look for quiet, out of the way places. So far (first night) I am very pleased. I don't see the "filth" that others commented on. It's a hotel room. Exactly what level of sanitation do you expect? I have been in 5 star hotel rooms that are utterly uninhabitable. Stop being a princess and suck it up. It's not their fault that you are trying to get Ritz quality on your middle class income.

I am not actually staying in the hotel. I made a reservation for my daughter with short notice. The front staff was amazingly kind to her, especially after 14 hour drive and she was turned away at another hotel for her pet! Thank you to the front counter reception for making her feel welcome! You are amazing!

The service and location here is the best. A man and woman were working at the time and he asked me and talked with me about my trip and was very nice. He helped us if we had any troubles with our room. The rooms are very nice, modern, and basic. I would recommend for a quick night stay.

2nd time using this hotel, 2018 - 2020 October and was Great stay besides we have virus 19, Light breakfast. Coinsidence got same rm # 115, clean and comfortable, Amanda on night shift was Serious on face but still nice. Thanks, be back.

I have been staying at this hotel for weeks now with my crew. We have stayed at almost all the hotels in Black River Falls and this one by far is the best. Good people at the front desk and the manager is AWESOME!!! Rooms are nice, good breakfast, very clean. We will continue to stay here when ever we are back in the area!! Thanks AMERICINN BRF!!!!!

Got into an accident and needed a place to stay, man at the front desk was very helpful and was very polite. Highly recommend clean room and nice staff.

I dropped a friend off. I never took a step inside. The entrance could have been better and the parking lot was unorganized. The outside of the building looked good tho so.... That's nice?

Super nice motel...awesome staff, quick check in times. Modern rooms, that are kept clean with attention to details. Great wifi too.
