Taco Bell in Van Wert has great people there. There food is always hot

I had trouble with an online order on Tuesday, paid with a gift card and it was canceled. I thought I'd just use that gift card to buy lunch today. The card didn't have a balance. I asked for some help and the manager was really helpful and provided an immediate solution and showed he cares about his customers. The employees were friendly too.

My fav fast food place. Orders are a bit rushed in the afternoon but understandable since they have to take care of 100 people order in one hour.

I'm upping my 3-star review to 5-star. Pre-pandemic, we were hardly going here any more because the orders were always missing items, the lobby was always a mess, and the drink machine was always down. I can't speak for the lobby since it is still closed, but our orders are always correct now. We did have one missing an item, but it was just one order out of more visits than I'd care to add up/admit, ha! We still check every order before leaving the Ruler parking lot, so it was an easy fix. And ordering on the app well before you arrive is the way to go--the free items from points add up quickly. Thank you for improving your process.

Computers crashed right after I ordered so they gave me my meal for free. Excellent customer service!

I rarely choose taco bell for food preference but when I go there is always decent food at a great price. The last time I went, it wasn't even that long of a wait but they treated my daughter and I to a fruit drink. That spoke a lot to me. The customer service is great. I would definitely recommend giving them another try if you had a bad experience.

Had a small mishap on the order but spoke to a manager and it was corrected without any issues. Fave fast food place to go to but sad that I recently had to go Gluten Free due to a possible Celiac disease.. Would love to see more GF items on the menu!

I've been coming to this taco bell since it opened in the early nineties. I've never had a bad experience with the food, service, or drive thru. I've been to other bells in bigger cities and the food prep is not as good. Also the service is not at the level of the VW taco bell.

Love taco bell, great drive thru service, i always have a large order for my family. I get the 14pack nacho box mix with the cool ranch and another 14 pack of half soft/hard. I miss the sour cream packets offered and having to purchase them kinda stinks. But i recommend this bussiness

Just finished eating here I’m not from Vanwort but I have been here a few times it appeared that maybe a district manager was visiting while I was dining here but the facility even though it’s an old building was very very clean the staff was very friendly and my food was made very fast and it tasted great. I was watching who I assumed was the district manager and his interactions with the employees he was very friendly and seemed eager to be of help to the employees kudos to him almost 20 years ago I worked in fast food and had a district manager who I admired very much it makes a world of difference when you take time to lead a team rather than just managing them great job Taco Bell team :) I look forward to a future visit

This location Taco Bell makes consistently great breakfast items every time I stop in and order! The staff is kind and the grounds are clean

Great service. A bit slow at times but that's ok because the food is very fresh tasting and portions are great for the price. One of my favorite taco bells so far.

Staff and food quality is excellent. If any item is not up to your expectations they are happy to fix the issue. They definitely make sure the customer is happy.

I can honestly say that this specific location has changed for the better over the last few years. The quality of the food, the customer service - it's all improved drastically and it's my favorite fast food restaurant in Van Wert.

I went through this Taco Bell and the service was unbelievable! It only took 30 seconds before we got our food. It was a big order too.

I love you guys, especially when you remember the NO ONION and the burritos all warm and yummy. Ive been to places you gave me basically a tortilla wrapped with barely anything in it and it was sad. You good buritooosssss i love beans!

I have to give them 5 stars the best Taco Bell I ever been they taking very seriously all the sanitary recommendations. Thanks a lot even the parking lot is very clean.
