Mercy Health - Boardman Diabetes Care and Endocrinology

I can only speak for myself. My bloodsugars are great. Boardman Endochrnology has really helped me getting my diabetes under control. I have to say though they can only instruct what's best, but as a patient we must be willing to apply it to our lives. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

I waited 5 months to get in here for a referral for low testosterone that is literally taking my quality of life away. And when I get there the Dr literally tells me I won't treat that in women I'm going to put you on wegovey to lose weight. So they will treat a symptom of my problem but not the problem and the medicine will most likely make my quality of life even worse. I'm so upset they didn't just call and say "sorry we don't treat that" so I could find another Dr who does.

They set me up with appointment and went drove 45mins just for the office to be closed why set appointments not call say your closing not right and waiting three months now again waiting another three I'm not happy

They need a better phone system calling and leaving a message and then waiting a day or two for them to call back with an answer is old school.

I call 3 times for my refills never got a answer and finally when did call me I was out of 😡😡😡medicine
