So these guys are amazing. Me and my family were about 600 miles from home when our van broke down and they took very GREAT care of us. Made sure we had a ride to some where to stay and had everything we needed for the night. They kept me very well informed about everything that was going on with my van. When everything was said and done Mike made sure that my van was safe enough and completely repaired and suitable for the 600 mile ride back home. I am very blessed to have been able to meet Mike, Steve and their crew. THANK YOU MS PRECISION.

My experience with Steve and his staff has been wonderful. We bought two vehicles through Steve's service and we are very pleased with the customer care and maintenance for our cars that his team has provided. The people here are amazing! They know what they are doing. Took my car to 3 different places who said our brand new brakes and rotors needed to be replaced because they were installed wrong. We were uncertain that that was the source of the noise/problem so we took it here and they found the problem to be a wheel bearing. Which we let them fix. When they were done the noise was completely gone and we had no further issues with that part of the car! ^_^

I'd like to say how lucky I was to find Mike at 'MS Precision Automotive' who's workshop is just down the road from the dealership where I purchased the 1976 Buick Electra Limited Landau 2-door Hardtop that will be my vehicle while travelling the USA. Mike has a long Buick history behind him and he worked on my car doing all the preventative & maintenance work required on a 38 year old vehicle about to make such a journey, and gave me honest counsel and sound advise, and was the voice of reason when I started getting myself wrapped up in fantasies of CAM changes, head swaps and carby changes. Thank you for your friendship, for your interest in my journey, and thank you for your high quality of work. This is a mechanic you can trust. They do good work, don't overcharge, and sell good cars as well. I've been going here for nearly 15 years and I'll always come back because they always makes things right.

The experiences I have had with Precision Auto have been exceptionally pleasant. The work from checking out a possible used vehicle, to oil changes and a front end alignment and tire balance have turned out to be nice on my pocket book and added to that is a very professional and courteous staff. we went to this garage to repair my ford escape coz it got broke on our way back from MI,we were frustrated coz no wehre to stay. rentig a hotel would be expensive for us. This knowledgable guy name mike vogelpohl gave us an excellent customer service. didn't took him a minute to figure out what the problem with my car was. not too long time to fix it as well. thanks for your service and the favor you did to stay longer than your regular closing hour ho help us out. outstanding crue!! keep the good work.

They are honest, and fair. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. They give good suggestions to keep my car running in great condition.
