Full disclosure, I’ve never step foot in the store but I did accidentally called in an order . Instead of thief, river Falls floral I accidentally called here and ordered a bouquet to pick up the day before my wife’s birthday. The customer service is amazing because they called and made sure I was able to pick up the order. At that time it was revealed that I called the wrong store and I was definitely not able to drive 500 miles to pick it up tonight. thank you for understanding i’m sorry for my mistake

Purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my granddaughters dance recital. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely use this florist again.

Falls Florist always has beautiful and well cared for flowers. This spring I went to them to purchase the flowers to build my hanging baskets. They helped me coordinate colors of flowers and the greenery. The employees are all so helpful and knowledgeable.

With the new greenhouse addition this business is hitting milestones! Their collection is beautiful and healthy, came in looking for unique houseplants, was not disappointed, and came out with a beautiful indigo orchid! Lovely staff and the owner is wonderful, can’t wait to see their vision finished!
Even if you’re just driving through, this is a perfect stop!

Excellent selection and service, midsummer sale on both annual and perennial plants, lots of garden and home decor, also hand crafted items by local artists. Found everything we were looking for.

Falls Florist & Greenhouse does not disappoint! I have just recently received two different but so beautiful flower arrangements that were made by them! The colors of both were so beautiful and the variety of flowers was amazing! Their customer service is spectacular and their delivery service is so friendly. They double charged me for the flowers I bought by mistake. I called and asked about it and they were absolutely fantastic about refunding me my money with no hesitation. Great business!
