Staff was exceptional. Friendly and very knowledgeable about local area. Front desk was stocked with menus from local establishments to actually see what was offered and prices of meals. Hotel itself was quaint and beautiful. It had a homey atmosphere in all the many hidden lounge areas. Decor was inviting and unusual. Rooms were clean and well kept. Very " soundproof", we heard no noise from the halls or other rooms nearby. Breakfast was simple yet yummy. Pool areas were clean and well kept. Rooms were dated yet charming and well maintained. Plenty of seating for a family of 4. 👍👍

Check in was very easy. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and nice looking. All supplies were stocked. Our room had a balcony which was nice. The room had a small fridge and a microwave which was useful. Wish there was an ice machine available but never seen one. The pool area was very nice having a large whirlpool, a good size pool, and a separate pool for younger children that includes a large play submarine for them to play on. Overall I would recommend staying there.

Loved the spaciousness of this hotel. The water park is outstanding! There is a indoor pool and outdoor pool and a fantastic water park for kids to explore! There is a safe enclosed spacious area around the pools, plenty of chairs and tables. It is open from 7AM until 11:00 in the evening. Very generous hours! The outside pool is private with nature surrounding it instead of traffic and buildings.Fun summer get away!

We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The layout was great with two full beds and a hide abed loveseat in one room and an adjacent room with a full bed and table in the next. The main room for our children had a nice large counter for toiletries (with sink) plus a mini kitchen area with a stainless steel sink, microwave and refrigerator. The pool area is great for adults and children. My children loved the submarine slides! The staff was very nice and helpful. Due to covid19 the dining areas were closed (restaurant and continental breakfast). The facility was very diligent in cleaning community areas to keep visitors as safe as possible. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and will again.

We stayed here on on a road trip when we decided to visit the House on the Rock. This hotel is very near the actual house, so was very convenient. It was also the only reasonably priced hotel in the area that was not a drive-up motel, which I hate having to stay at.

Yes, the hotel has dated equipment. The furniture are older styles, and the TV is an older CRT, but you didn't make the trip out here to watch TV right?

The hotel itself is large, with a spacious entry area, wide hallways, and all interior rooms. Rooms were adequately large, and very clean. Everything was in good working order. There is also a nice bar on premise that was open late.

We also LOVED the pool! It had a really cool submarine structure in a shallow pool that's great for kids (though we're 30 and thoroughly enjoyed it). It has all kinds of hoses dripping or leaking water simulating a crashed submarine. There was also some rock structures with other decorations. Of course they also had a deeper normal indoor pool, in addition to an outdoor pool.

For the price we paid, especially relative to all the "rip offs" in the Wisconsin Dells area, I was extremely pleased with our stay and if I was in the area again I would not hesitate to stay here.

Despite all the accusations about this place it was a great stay... great pools... great continental breakfast. Room we stayed in was fine had fridge and microwave was clean had no issues. We showed up early to check in and they gave us our tour tickets to the attraction which was great for our situation. I suggest this hotel if your going to house on the rock for sure!

My friends and I had an awesome stay at the hotel, we stayed on the second floor and used the indoor swimming pool area and we had a blast! Although the room was warm at times because the a/c functions automatically, two of the three of us were able to sleep well. We missed the continental breakfast in the morning by 5min (our fault) and the bar was open during weird hours so food was not an option at the hotel during our stay. We stayed up late and played board games and it was not a problem that were were being loud. We stayed on a Monday night and visited House on the rock earlier in the day, one if my friends wanted to shower in our room before we we went there but check in starts at 3pm and we arrived around 2pm so it was not possible, something to consider before you arrive if you have been camping or on a road trip.

By no means a luxury hotel, but a fantastic experience that is remarkably affordable. It's in a beautiful area and a convenient drive from The House on the Rock. The rooms are nice for the price and the hotel itself features a bar, a gym, fantastic indoor and outdoor pools with a Jacuzzi and even a small water park for kids. Downsides are that there is little to no cell service, and the wifi is basically usable for anything more than sending a simple email. There is Continental breakfast, but it is nothing special either. The House on the Rock itself, by the way, is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. The hotel+tour package is an incredible deal and I highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel indeed. Very clean and the room had extra bla let's which I don't always find at other hotels. 😊 Even though it was a continental breakfast, it was still good with many choices, to include hot oatmeal. We would stay again of on our route for sure! The front desk and staff I did encounter were all very nice and helpful.

The room was amazing, the pool was awesome, greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly enough and courteous, and the room was very spacious. Very good time, although they do not have a hotel resteraunt for room service :(

First time visitors. My kids loved it. We only made it thru the first 2 areas at the house. The Infinity Room was AMAZING!! we will def be visiting this place again someday. My kids are 6 5 and 4. The Inn has a great little pool. Kind of small for us. But still entertaining for a couple hours

I reserved 2 rooms and we arrived from MN at 1230..we thought we couldn't check in til 3pm but they got us right in which was great..The staff explained everything clearly and were real friendly. The rooms were a decent size and clean bathrooms too. The inn was about 10 mins away from the attraction which was very convenient. The inn had a nice indoor pool for kids and bigger pool and hot tub. ..the outdoor pool was heated and nice. The bartender was very friendly and generous with the shots. Overall one of the best hotels ive been too.

A wonderful inn with spectacular views and a satisfactory breakfast. Though where this place REALLY shines is it's miniature water park. With plenty of space for kids to play, a spacious pool and equally spacious spa make this a perfect place to relax after a visit to The House On The Rock. Be sure to ask about package pricing to save a little extra!

The room was nice but we really enjoyed the pool area. Very neat submarine splash pool for the little ones, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub. We had a very good time!

First time in years I've gotten to do anything for my birthday and the person who "accompanied" me was absolutely horrible, spent every moment attempting to ruin the weekend. My point is that he almost won, but then we got to the Inn. Everyone has been so helpful, cheerful, and genuinely attentive , and the Inn itself is extremely well maintained, comfortable, and, hands down, the cleanest establishment at which I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Thanks to everyone at the Inn, the House, and the Red Room for making my birthday road trip awesome!!

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at The House on the Rock Inn. Staff was friendly, attentive to sanitary practices and very professional. We had an issue with our A/C and it was fixed promptly. They gave great recommendations for places to eat that helped support the local economy and were so good that we returned over and over. Will definitely return when I'm in the area again.

The pool looked awesome. The breakfast was nothing amazing, but was tasty. The bed was nice and firm. The night clerk was great he gave us advice on local restaurants.

We had a wonderful time here. We got a combo package for spring break which included tickets for House on the Rock. The staff were very friendly and the inn itself was very unique. I would recommend this place. Family friendly, cool pool area and very quiet.

We have stayed at both the House on the rock Inn and the House on the rock resort. The Inn is great for kids, the pool area held hours of fun. The resort was food if you have older kids or don't have kids with the golf course and walking grounds.
