Wendy's

The Pop machine was very nice, and the restaurant was very clean. The staff handled a bus of 20+ kids very well, and got food to us in a timely matter.

We went in for a late lunch. The new dining room is spacious and clean. Our service was fast. Our food was correct and hot when we got it. Everyone working was really friendly.

They were extremely busy but the staff was very pleasant and apologetic about the waiting. The food was wonderful. I tried their new Italian Mozzarella chicken sandwich and I think it is my new favorite.

We recently visited Wendy's and decided to dine in. We ordered from the app and dined in. The girl that prepared our order was professional, kind, and quick. Our food was delicious and hot. The dine in experience was nice and gave us the feeling of normalcy after these long year we've all had.

Pop is too expensive and made size smaller

Service was the fastest I've ever experienced inside. This was a welcomed relief as I was on a time crunch. Food was great. Soda machine ran out of lemonade but it was ok, I watered it down, which I prefer 😀

I'm a fan of Wendy's food. Dave's burgers are the best. Breakfast combos are tops. #9 is my gab.
Wendys is undoubtedly the only rest. Where the manager never walks his property for cleanliness and cond. Weeds along the curbs and in cracks in t he pavement. Area around on window, sides walks need cleaned. (stream). Flower beads or weeds ?. Out back trash bin area is falling apart. Lawn needs attention. Parking lot needs coated and repaired. It's brighten up clean up time at Wendys. I was a retail manager for most of my life, I had monthly reports to fill out on property condition. Customers expect to see propertirs clean in side and out. Thanks. R

Stopped in Wendy's tonight with the family. We were immediately greeted by the young gentleman at the register; his name was Garrett. He was very kind and helpful with some questions we had. The employees working quickly prepared our meals and we had a nice, relaxing, tasty dinner after our busy day. Wendy's is our family's favorite fast food restaurant ( ecspecially the van wert, oh location) and we have yet to be disappointed. Thank you Wendy's!!!

I stopped in Van Wert, Ohios Wendy's for their 4 for 4. I was warmly greeted by a mature lady.. " Hello there, would you like our 4 for 4"? With a friendly smile shw said, "it comes with sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and drink"? I loved her demeanor and spunk. I asked her how she liked her job. She said " I'm only 74, and I love the people. I complemented her on a job well done.

I think it's got great food. Night shift is awesome 😎😎

I find this Wendy's to be the best Wendy's around. The food is always hot and it's quick.They're always friendly and have great customer service. They get the orders correct every time!

4 for $4, the chicken nuggets alone are worth it, but a sandwich too... fresh, fast and always delicious... keep it up Van Wert Wendy's

Loved it!!!! But it does look like they're struggling with enough help and by the way all the restaurants around them have I think it's time to get rid of the carpet and Wendy's! ❤

The food was good and the service was good. The employee that took our order went out of her way to be helpful. They provide free drinks for seniors.

Wendy's has many choices and warm soup to dip your fries in. They also have frostys and you can choose from chocolate, vanilla or half and half. I also enjoy the many choices of pops to choose from.

Everything was great. They ran out of ketchup in the lobby and "Eric Foreman" at the front register was so nice, apologetic and professional. Thanks, dude.

Good service accurate orders. Sometimes the lobby is closed. Probably due to the mysterious employee shortage plaguing the US.
