MOD Boutique

I was so nervous about ordering from here for the first time. My package said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I panicked and emailed the boutique and called my postal service. After a few days, it ended up in my mailbox. We have no way of knowing where it came from or how it got in my mailbox but I got it. The boutique was so nice and helpful with their information and assistance. My postal store in town said they called and were genuinely concerned. I will order again just for their dedication. Thank you.

I think people need to read the small print before buying items from a boutique or any store for that matter. I have purchased a lot of clothes from this boutique. I have had to return items and I received store credit, like I expected. I have never had a problem washing their clothes. Not only with MOD but other retailers, there are certain articles of clothing that I wash alone on a delicate cycle. And then I hang them to dry. I have never had a problem. I also feel like most of their items are reasonably priced.

I bought a small sample of clothing (two shirts and a pair of pants) because of the reviews on Google and Yelp; I didn't want to be out the money if I didn't like the product. After they arrived, I ended up placing another three orders and completely redid my wardrobe with clothing from this boutique. I love their products and haven't had an issue with quality. I've washed my clothes multiple times, everything has held up fantastic. All of my orders have shipped on time and arrived in the promised timeframe. I haven't had an issue with anything not fitting because the size charts are very accurate. I haven't had to return anything either so I can't speak to that process. The outfit suggestions make it very easy to look put together and like you know what you're doing - I have never been great at putting a stylish outfit together before. I'm so glad I found this boutique, I finally have outfits I love and feel attractive in!

I was considering a pair of denim pants from MOD that caught my eye - but was super torn about what size to go with and I had a few other questions about some accessories. So, I was in contact with a girl in customer service named Hannah, and I can’t even begin to express how helpful, kind, and patient she was with me and the questions I had. She was so down to earth and easy to talk to. I wish everyone in customer service was just like her! But also, everything she said was completely dead on about the product and the sizing and I’m so happy I trusted her suggestions. MOD is so cute, I received the products quickly & I will for sure continue shopping there!

I am not sure why all the bad reviews but if you read the policy you know it is store credit. I have purchased ALOT of clothes with this boutique. Clothes sell out quickly because people love them. There have been a few items that weren't my absolute favorite but I have had that same experience with local stores and even pricier clothes such as Nordstrom that I didn't care for. I have loved most all the items I have purchased with MOD. Their quality in clothes has been good as long as you wash with care and don't dry them. A few items I have been able to dry and they dry well. But just about every item you purchase these days you can't go in the dryer! I had to exchange a couple of items and they exchanged with no problem. I have had to call them before and they were super helpful. My only feedback was to provide if the item has a lot of stretch or no stretch if they are running true to size. I actually have tops on the way so I am always excited to have some of their new items. I get compliments every time I wear their clothes. I have referred co-workers to give them a try.

All these reviews about return for store credit is SO COMMON with boutiques everywhere. Im not sure why it’s shock to anyone. Assuming these are all people who bought from an Instagram Ad and didn’t read the policy

I’ve placed multiple orders and have had good luck with sizing and quality so far. Will change my review if it doesn’t wash well, but be sure to check sizing charts- as you should be doing when you buy clothes anywhere.

I googled Mod Boutique to get to their website and was surprised to see such poor reviews, so I figured I'd share my experiences so far. Mod is my go-to boutique! I've been buying from them for the last year or so and my closet seems to be slowly transitioning to all of their items.

The item photos can sometimes be misleading, so be aware of that - the model only wears shirts tucked into her pants and they don't show what it looks like untucked. I certainly don't think that's intentional, just her style (and she makes literally everything look good in the photos, so there's that).

There have been a couple times that the items I received looked WAY different since I wear my tops untucked. Especially for cropped or oversized shirts - you can't really gauge how cropped or how oversized it is in the modeled photos. There were some shirts that I didn't even realize were cropped because of how they were styled. I've started double checking the inseam lengths listed for each item!

I've had to make 3 returns for fit issues and, knock on wood, each one has been just fine. I don't mind the exchange-only deal since there are tons of other items I'd love to have. It's also really nice that the website is enabled to give you the option of initiating your return, then providing you with store credit that you can use immediately (before you even send your items back). Or to be sure you don't miss any return deadlines and end up paying for both orders, you also have the option of waiting until your items are returned and processed, then use the store credit to purchase your exchanges. I've done both and had no issues either way.

I also haven't had any issues with quality. I wash and dry my items the same as all of my other clothing and have noticed no differences.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this boutique!! I've been purchasing items from here for 2 years and have always had good experiences. Everytime I wear something from MOD, I receive compliments. I haven't had to return anything I've ever purchased from here, because the sizing guide has been so helpful to me. MOD will always be my go-to boutique!!

I found a sweater I couldn't stop thinking about on this site, but was hesitant to order because of the negative reviews. Realizing most of negative reviews were based on their no refunds policy however, I took a chance!

My sweater was missing from my package, but they sent it to me as soon as I notified them. The jeans I ordered fit perfect, and I love the sweater! I'm happy with my purchase and how they resolved my shipping issue. Would definitely order from them again.

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding return policy, but as a former boutique owner, the only way you can make money is with offering store credit for returns. It's impossible to budget your money if at any time, you could have a $300 or $400 return walk in the door. That being said, I ordered a dress from here and it arrived and didn't fit. I contacted them about an exchange, and they replied immediately. It was a quick and easy process.

Unlike others, I’ve had great experiences purchasing with them. I make sure to read the sizing guides. At first I didn’t know their return policy was what it was, but it makes sense for their business. Customer service has been great if I’ve had an issue or question, but I make sure to thoroughly look at sizes and reviews before buying to avoid issues. Everything has always been great quality

I LOVE MOD Boutique. I have placed probably 6 or 7 orders since August of this year. I have never had an issue with the clothes or customer service. I have made a few returns for in store credit with absolutely no issues. It is VERY common for Boutiques to have an exchange or in store credit policy only.

Unique clothing and excellent customer service. Fell in love with a sold-out-in-my-size sweater. I emailed asking if they were planning to restock. I received a response less than 24 hours later; they restocked one sweater in my size so I was able to order it. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer for several years now. They have a great variety every Sunday drop. Reasonable shipping and communication. Great to work with. Loved all the items I have gotten.

Love this boutique! I find it very helpful for them to post the measurements of each size since boutique clothing can vary from brand to brand. It was easy to compare measurements and find my perfect fit!

I bought 3 items, online from MOD Boutique and I was absolutely impressed with their fast shipping and customer service. I had to exchange one item and they were super friendly and handled the exchange smoothly. If I lived closer to the store, I would be a regular :D

Ordered several beautiful things and the sizing was spot on when using the size charts. Packaged beautifully (wrapped kind of like a gift inside the box...its the little things!) and arrived quick too!

This place was great. Guaranteed, I live in a nearby town and was able to stop over to return some items, but they met and exceeded all expectations especially with a drop in internet service in the local area. I love this place and can't wait for the store to officially open back up.
