So I stopped by and then I purchased some windshield wipers for my Charter Bus Company He offered to install them for me and I graciously took him up on his offer. and then he cleaned my windshield for me He made my whole day He is the nicest Guy you will meet.

in my experience, not only friendlier than Advanced auto and Autozone, usually cheaper as well. I have never had an issue with the quality of part purchased either.

Sadly I am in there way more than I want to be lol. I swear something is always breaking. But still, the staff make this store what it is. Travis, I think is his name? Poor guy is always there lol. But he's always very helpful and in a good mood. He's been able to answer just about every question that I have ever had. I was literally just in there today and O'Reilly will continue to be by one stop shop for local automotive parts.

It was the end of the night, close to closing and they were both friendly and helpful, offering to have my part there by tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. of which I said was way too fast lol. Also purchasing some fluids and wipers, we were out the door in about 5 mins...tops!

The wind was blowing about 30 miles an hour and with that purchase of new wipers came complimentary installation. Joseph was a trooper and braved the cold conditions and just like that my wipers were on in a snap.

Best auto parts store in Van Wert! A couple of buddies and I went to a truck meet and decided to put one of our trucks in a tug-a-truck contest. As we were pulling, the driver side U-joint shattered into pieces and being an hour away from home our we decided to leave the event and fix the truck, so we went to Autozone and bought the only replacement that they had which was a size too big. We asked if they had any tools they could loan us, they said "Any tools you need you will have to buy." so I thought why not try Oreilly's next door, we went to the store and there were two of the coolest, most chill guys ever! They said "we have the exact part you need and you are free to use any tools we may have in the back as well as anything on the shelves as long as we did not break them." We tried fixing it with the table vice and actually broke the vice, they acted like nothing happened and were so chill. As the store closed we decided to find a ride back home and come back in the morning to fix the truck, just then a guy down the road got us the tools to finish the job and the oreilly's employee stayed afterwards to help us get back on the road. Never been more impressed with an auto parts store!

Bought wiper blades which my vehicle takes two different sizes in the front, and not cheap by any means, at any auto parts store. Don't tend to do a lot of driving in general as well. And did go with the more expensive ones just because I wanted them to last longer plus the material they use to make them was more durable for all seasons. Passenger side busted at the hinge, luckily they had everything on file as far as when I purchased them and they were more than willing to replace it without any hassle. Not to mention that I was just taking my kid to work so was still in my pajamas and couldn't really run into the store. The person who I spoke with on the phone said they would just come out and get the blade and replace it and I could just stay in the car. Customer service has always been great through this particular store in town, never had any issues with them! And feel that they went above and beyond for me today as well!

My family and I have been going to Autozone for years and tonight they failed us tremendously sending us out the door to hardware store for a replacement thermostat bolt I needed. The kid didnt even bother to look at the bolt I brought in. Little did he know, he sent me to Oreillys where they helped me and made me a new loyal customer. Thanks to the O'Reilly's staff for not only trying to help me out, but also succeeding. Very appreciative

Really appreciated that the workers went above and beyond to help add oil to my car on a cold winter evening just before closing.

Very helpful!! We stopped because our wipers quit working in a rainstorm. The team member put new ones on and told use we needed to replace the bushings.
