By far best customer service in any car wash in the van wert county. A Miss Crystal is always willing to take time and explain what the new services they offer, it always has my car looking like its brand new.

They cleaned my car so well that you could eat off the floor. ( let me explain ) I got my whip cleaned by them on a Friday and was heading to a chili contest on Saturday. I took a left turn to hard and spilled my chili on the floor mats. I was forced to scoop it up of the floor and put it back in the container. No one noticed at the contest and I won 3rd place! Thanks Take 5! I'll be back for sure.

Always a great wash with the exception of my middle back. Maybe institute a front end bug spray/power wash and quick power wash the rear. Otherwise satisfied and will continue to use. Hoping they use these reviews to improve their service. Great staff overall.

Van Wert’s Pro 5 has done an excellent job keeping my car clean. The manager often checks about my satisfaction and even gives tips on how to use the products to keep the interior nice. I am anxious to see how the
New product does at the end of the tunnel.

I truly believe that good service starts at the top. The manager at this location goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of. The store is neat and clean and the staff are very polite.
With great customer service and reasonable prices who could ask for more.
