Cortez Ace Hardware

This Ace is one of the largest, cleanest and well staffed I have ever been to. I have never not been greeted by one or two staff members. I never have to search for an item. They also have a great selection of beach going items and some things you have to check out for yourself. I've shopped here 25 times in the past year. Still putting on a great customer service experience.

Friendly and helpful doesn't begin to describe the staff at this store!! I could go to home depot and save a couple of dollars I could also spend a half hour looking for help, being treated like a bother and leaving in a bad mood!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. They took time to understand my issue and explain how to easily fix my problem. It only took 4 trips over 2 days to resolve my problem. 😎

I live here seasonally. I discovered this place about 3 years ago. One thing I noticed down in Bradenton is, that a lot of the people that work at stores are lazy and don't want to go out of the way to help you. That's the opposite at Cortez Ace Hardware. Very Helpful. Friendly also.

Helpful employees, they have almost everything you need at a hardware store. Plus, some local personal items for you or family or decorations for your home.

The staff is always the most helpful and polite. We also bring our Shiba Inu here to help with socializing and they are very welcoming. Great prices and reasonable deals. Bought our Traeger here and they helped us load it up and get it strapped in, very respectful. I would recommend this location.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. As you enter you are usually greeted and immediately asked if you need assistance. A few of these people have really become my go-to, if I ever need help with a problem I'm trying fix. They have a great selection of many things but their hardware and fasteners is the best around. I use marine grade SS314 fasteners and they have what I need 99% of the time. No complaints here. The management has even started bringing in various items I use frequently. Living in Cortez and having this store so close is just amazing; I just love not having to run into town, having to go to the big box stores which almost always adds almost an hour.

I cannot say better things about this store and their customer service. I was mulling over a couple of items for my boat and Troy came over to assist me. Boy oh boy, what an extraordinary specimen of a man! And incredibly helpful as well. I will be back just to see him!

FABULOUS!!! First, they have just about anything you would ever need from a hardware store. And the employees are the nicest and most helpful of any store I've shopped. Nothing fancy, just real stuff and real people at your service!!!
