After reading other reviews and getting recommendations from other people, I must have a black cloud hanging over me. A few years ago I wanted a wood piece engraved. After 6 weeks, it was never done and the engraver kept blaming me for the delay. I picked up my unengraved piece and took it elsewhere.

I decided to try this business again for 1 sweatshirt. The email correspondence was slow and I was told they were busy with other projects. I was quoted one price and charged a higher price. I was told after the fact that because of the process they used there was an additional cost. The communication with customers could use a serious overhaul. Apparently I am not important enough to be given the quality service that others are getting.

On the flipside, the sweatshirt looks good.
