Definitely was better than expected. My nurse was kind and kept me informed every step of the way. My appointment was fast and I had several areas treated so I’m pretty happy that it didn’t take forever. Nurse Clare was amazing, caring and professional. Highly recommend Laser away!

I’ve been here a few times and the entire staff is so friendly! Front desk is amazing. I feel extremely comfortable coming here and Nurse Jasmine has been treating me and she is amazing as well . Nurse Claire is also amazing and is extremely thorough ..My hair is very difficult to get rid of and for the first time my skin is looking very smooth and the hair has been thinning out so much! The process is so fast!

I had problem (albeit minor) getting a bank account established, being new in Oxnard. Courtney and Mele were both patient in working with me on the scheduling when I had to change my appointment about three times. So good to know that I have a committed team working with me; and nurse Jasmine? well, the only straightforward way to describe her is --- PROFESIONAL. I am absolutely impressed with her.
I got a great team! I can hardly wait to see them again.

I'm noticed a big difference after my first two sessions. I am extremely pleased with my results and I'm on session five. It's a relief to not have to worry about shaving or spending money on waxes and tip every few weeks. Lazeraway has saved me time and money. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and professional. I hardly ever leave reviews, but Laser Away has truly been a great experience for me! I recently started treating laser hair removal for my underarm and bikini, and it has been such a pleasant experience — the nurses are AMAZING! I have seen such a huge difference already and it’s only been my 3rd treatment. Mele at the front has been extremely knowledge and educated me through this process. She has amazing customer service and I’m looking forward for my next treatment!

An amazing location with very helpful staff! I always have a great time when I come for my treatments. Anahi is the best when it comes to Lasers! She always makes sure I’m comfortable and that we get every inch of the treatment area so I get my money’s worth! I also love catching up with amazing receptionists there too! Courtney and Mele are my favorites, and they will make sure they can get you the best discount possible for your treatments. Overall, it’s a 5 Star location for me!!! ✨✨✨✨✨

Very friendly staff. I’ve had one treatment and the results are already very impressive. I read the reviews before my visit and there were a couple negative ones saying this was a scam. That’s not my experience and I’m very excited for my next session.

They have plenty of specials so you get a great deal. The ease of scheduling, quick in and out and awesome, courteous people makes the place though!
Claire, the nurse laser specialist, extremely knowledgeable on all the procedures, and very forthright. She has such a beautiful personality too! You feel completely comfortable with her. Which is really really important when you’ve got laser beams facing you. :)

The clear and brilliant can do it all. There is little to no downtime while fighting back the clock or clearing up pigment issues. I am also doing laser hair removal on my armpits and love it! Couple of quick painless zaps and you are done. Love this place!

I had a great experience when I went to see Melee and my awesome nurse EM. I had a very bad experience with their frontdesk staff prior and Melee made me changed my mind when she called me to apologize for her staff. She's an amazing Director. My nurse EM is so good on what she does. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure that I look good when I left there...lol

I left my laser hair removal appointment from this location feeling cared for and refreshed! Mele at the front was especially helpful in getting me in for my appointment and I’m super appreciative of her help in this process. I am loving the results so far and looking forward for more!

I booked for my daughter laser hair removal for her bikini and under arms. the experience from the first appointment was so easy. everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. she already has noticed a difference after just one appointment. I booked for myself a tattoo removal and I can’t believe after just one appointment the difference. This company is the real deal and the staff are so amazing to work with. There prices are really good and affordable. I can’t wait to go back for the follow up appointments and will be booking again other treatments.

My session was quick and easy. I have to say, I really loved the customer service prior to my visit. We spoke on the phone and I was given all the prep instructions and was advised to get numbing cream for the tattoo removal first visit. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was so kind and cheerful. Very refreshing since I didn’t know what to expect and i was a little nervous. The appointment itself was around 7 mins… i was out the door !!! I’d have people tell me that tattoo removal in so painful, but it wasn’t bad at all. It felt like a couple seconds of a rubber band stinging you. For about 15 mins afterwards, it did feel a little uncomfortable, but nothing crippling. That sensation subsided and it was as if nothing happened. I loved my nurse. She was fun, honest, and sweet. I’m glad I chose LaserAway.

Everyone who works at LaserAway Oxnard is super friendly & helpful. My day is always made better after walking through the door by how nice they are. They're super great with scheduling appointments that work for me & the nurses who handle the laser treatments do an excellent job. It's really worked for me, I pretty much never have to shave! I had Jasmine last time, and she was super quick and did a great job. She chatted with me the entire time so that I didn't have to focus on the slight soreness that comes along with any laser treatment. Thanks!!

Emanuel me is soooooo gentle when it comes lip filler. When I first started, there was a different nurse and she was rough. I actually went somewhere else. Then I came back and so glad I did!! Thank you!!

Mele… thank you for calling me. I have been queen of forgetting and she didn’t make me feel like I was being “disrespectful” cuz I was late…. I would lost my filler had she not called me. Besides she burst of energy that u need in the front!! But thank again Mele!
