U.S. Bank Branch

This is the first Bank that I have ever found that treats you with respect and is helpful in any way and in every way. I've been with quite a few Banks in my time, this is the one everyone should bank with. I strongly advise any and everyone to bank with US BANK in Van Wert, Ohio. Located at 818 S. Shannon Street. I don't know about any of the other US BANKS but I do know about this one. Thank you very much for all the help that you have given me.

The service is normally great, but today was incredibly frustrating. I stood there for about ten minutes while I waited to talk to someone, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence. They were a little busier than I'm used to seeing, so I understand that I couldn't be helped right away, but I didn't get so much as a "I'll be with you in a moment" the whole time I stood there. I ended up just walking out.

There are a few tellers who can't be bothered to do their jobs, but despite that there are equally as many who are great! After my trip there yesterday I am currently changing banks!

Terrible service! I went to the Van Wert branch order checks, five weeks later I called to see where they’re at no one ordered them. I had to be on hold for 30 minutes after trying to call three times before I could get past the automated operator who doesn’t understand anything! I see they have a 3.8 star rating, someone was feeling generous! I would give them a negative if I could.
