Loved the super comfy seats, wish they reclined a little bit more. Just a wish. Loved the energy in the theater watching Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour!

Hadnt got to go to the movies in years, and I was shocked at how nice everything is now!! Large leather bucket seats with double armrest room, tray to put stuff on, chairs move with the touch of a button (including outting your feet up!) In addition, everyone in the theatre was respecful and not 1 phone went off, no one talked loud, etc. They also have the ability to get tickets online and you can reserve a seat if you want to do that. I am actually really excited to go again 🌞🌞🌞

A great bar, good concessions, and the most comfortable seats at a theater I've ever seen. How did we go to movies before this? Those plastic seats where you're fighting your neighbor for elbow room are just awful; this feels more like a pampered and luxurious experience.

This is our favorite theater. We even started doing the subscribe program and go here 2x a month for date nights. They have reclining seats which make for a super comfy movie watching experience. We always get a popcorn and two drinks. If you’re a star pass member (free) you get rewards, so we often get free stuff. On a typical day it is clean and the staff are always friendly. I’ve only seen it super crowded a time or two, and even then the staff manages it pretty well. It’s also in a great location near a ton of restaurants and stores. Great for a date night, or a whole date day!

What a clean, inviting, upscale movie experience! The lobby was welcoming, well appointed with a BAR, comfortable benches to sit on. The kiosks are strategically placed and counter service was spot on for treats and hot food. Not to mention the games area while you wait. Then, inside, the plush reclining seats with tray tables are better than home viewing! Unbelievable! Can't wait to return!!

Awesome every time. Clear picture, premium sound, all the amenities and... reclining sofa seats! Oh yeah also if you want to have your brain vibrate and your eardrums at maximum input during an epic film, the XPlus theater is it! There are speakers for speakers in there! Always a good experience here. Especially after the upgrades. The place smells clean and now there is a full menu, with drinks on it. There's even a lounge! Tuesday prices can't be beat!

Movie was like 6/10 but the young man at the concession stand named AJ went above and beyond in his duties and saved me a good bit of money with my food and drink by pointing out a cheaper alternative to an expensive one. As a retail manager I love to see good customer service like that and I hope he continues to make the experience for other customers as enjoyable as mine was 5/5!

Beautiful redone theatre. Comfy seats with lots of room. It really is a great theatre.

Love the Tuesday bargain shows and the Wednesday seniors discount day. It makes it affordable to see the movies in the cinema! The seats are awesome too!

They've really stepped up their game over the years! This place now serves alchohol, and has power reclining leather chairs in each theartre!

Best theater in RI, and one of the best in the general area. Redesigned theater layout is extremely optimal, and greatly increases my enjoyment of viewing films in this venue

Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie was nothing short of spectacular &: mind blowing. I may see it again. On 11/3 I sat back in a recliner and I watched it for a second time a week later. Just as uplifting and mind-blowing. Taylor's concert at So-Fi Stadium in LA her last of the US tour before heading out to many other countries.
The bar was a huge shock when it went in before COVID . Whoever approved this needs their head examined. Ok family movie night mom or dad have a few the family night has ended in tragedy. A very bad message for kids. Good one RI. So anyone 21 or over can have a few and leave the theatre smashed keys in hand? RI puts on billboards Don't Drink & Drive and local family or young adults over 21 are being sent a double message. What happened to a night out at the movies? This baby boomer remembers the family nights in the old days. So I hope these cinemas have lots of insurance because letting someone out the door who kills or is killed stands a huge lawsuit and a life(s) and families are left dealing with loss for the rest of their lives. A bad message for kids. Children learn what they live. There is no monitoring of how much someone drinks here. I enjoy the theatre a lot. I frequent the Showcase a lot mostly during the day. Bars open. Rhode Island you made a stupid decision.
Patrons think twice please. If you want a drink do it while you're home for the night and not planning on driving for many hours. Not that I approve of doing this in front of your kids or drinking altogether. Another subject another time
I love the theatre. I love my starpass card however trying to log in is a nightmare and hard to navigate finding my points. I do appreciate it however other theaters have a better deal for seniors, anyone 60 +.
It's a nice afternoon out that I enjoy. They open at 11. Why not earlier like 930 ?

I recently went here to watch the Barbie movie in 2D for a late night matinee. The staff were pleasant and helpful (even on the phone; fyi go to contact page on website for their direct number)! The lobby was very clean and spacious and has an arcade. Also the theater I watched the film in was clean, spacious, and the recliners were super comfy! Definitely better experience than Apple Cinema at the nearby mall. The sound and screen was better here as well.

The most amazing theater experience in the northeast. Friendless staff, delicious food and oh so comfy seats! A definite recommend.

It was nice. Enjoy the seating. Chairs recline. Relatively clean. I don't usually go to the movies surprisingly I did twice this month. So yeah I do recommend.
