AT&T Store

I can’t say enough great things about the manager of this store. His name is Isaiah and he did an amazing job! I recently purchased phones for my sons and changed my phone plan while holiday shopping . When I entered the store there were two other families, he was very busy but yet he managed to greet us warmly and continue with his existing customers. In the short time we were there he continued to help multiple customers making sure everyone’s needs were met. I highly recommend this store and it’s manager.

Great customer service with very little wait. And much more personal than just buying my phone through the app and hoping I’m getting the best one to meet my needs.

My husband and I needed assistance downloading edocs to our phones. Orion was super helpful! He also assisted in adjusting some apps that were troublesome. Thank you Orion!

The service was awesome. Joe O the manager was excellent in showing how we can save on the different plans. Brock was great in showing us comparison in what we have versus the new phones. Joe R was helpful with service.

Brock and joe were awesome. Best Buy screwed us on transferring stuff to our new iPhone and they didn’t mind helping even though it was late. Great guys. Rather drive the 25 minutes to deal with them than my own CT stores!!!!!

I first went wiry AT&T back in 2018 and the Division Road store in East Greenwich. The original person that set up my phone plan had me paying $40/month for phone insurance. When I went back yesterday to upgrade to a new phone, the sales consultant Greg told me that that was way too much for insurance and dropped it down to $15/month and was super helpful about explaining my phone plan and new phone that I was getting. Everyone consultant in there is friendly and helpful. I’m glad they’ve got some new faces in there since the last time I was at that store.

Joe was super helpful and answered all my questions! The assistant store manager also provided great customer service. It was my first time buying my own phone and I had no problems. Would definitely recommend other people to come here for anything they need!

Joe M might be one of the only useful people in the entire company. If he can’t fix it, you’re out of luck. Absolutely aces, patient, and customer focused employee. Forget the other stores. Ask for Joe.

I visited the store twice this week to get information about purchasing and iPad for our non-profit. Damian, was so helpful and patience with all my questions. I left and came back with more questions prior to my purchase and Damien was consistent with his knowledge, professionalism and patience. I was able to seamlessly purchase My iPad in minutes once all my questions were answered. Every time I came back everyone was super helpful and interested in my needs as a customer. I will always come back to this AT&T for all my personal and organizational needs.

Joe and Eric were extremely helpful and saved me money on my monthly bill, i was only there to add a phone to my plan. I recieved discounts and new features that i didnt know were available to me. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out today. Thanks Joe and Eric
