Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He took on my projects with very little time frame and managed to get it done in just a couple of days! My front entrance looks amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike is very knowledgeable and is extremely thorough with details of prep work needed prior to install. He made what I thought would be a difficult process very easy. I highly recommend this company and assure you it will be done right!

Classic Metal Roofs- the only roofing company for our family! We have had our metal roof for several years now and never have to worry about leaks or ice dams again! We chose the rustic look and it is just beautiful. And I love my snow “ cleats” when the snow slides off! Not just the fact that our roof is metal, we know the materials used are top notch and it was installed properly. If you are staying in your home long- term, traditional shingles will not last-consider looking into Classic Metal Roofs, your last roofing company forever!

In 2015 I had Classic Metal Roof replace my shingle roof. After seven years the roof looks like the day they installed it. Prior to installing the standing seam roof, I battled ice dams causing winter leaks for years. I no longer have ice dams and was pleased to give my roof rake to my neighbor. Recently I decided to put a snow guard on a portion of my roof and called Mike Gonet from Classic. Mike called me back promptly, advised on the best option for my roof, gave me a price and installed it before the first flakes of winter. The quality of work provided, and the integrity of Mike Gonet make it easy to recommend Classic Metal Roofs.

I went through three asphalt roofs in 10 years before switching to a metal one from CMR. I was told various reasons from the asphalt roof companies why those roofs failed from venting, to manufacturing defects, to structural problems. I suffered from ice dams, and water in the walls .

One call to CMR and Mike and his team were there when they said they would be, replaced the roof with beautiful metal shingles. No More Ice dams or water damage. How do I know? I recently reinsulated the cathedral portion of my ceiling and had the entire underside of the roof exposed all the way to the eves. Dry as a bone.

Jump forward 8 years and Mike and team were there again to continue the roof onto my new addition, which color matched perfectly.

Recently I had a massive ice storm which moved a piece of cosmetic flashing (no water leak) and CMR was out to repair and inspect the whole roof at NO COST to me!

Honestly, I dont know why anyone would ever use asphalt shingles in New England, the rest of the world sure doesnt. Get yourself a metal roof, and have CMR install it. You will never regret it.

Oh, and my metal roof lowered my attic temp by 15+ degrees F in the summer! (I did get a sand colored roof)

I needed non-porous roof material because the sun doesn't reach many areas on my roof allowing moss to grow. I am very happy with the aluminum roof and the folks at Classic Metal Roof were all professional and great to work with. The new roof looks great!!

The roof is nice! Though I think it could have been installed with more care. There are many places that seem kind of haphazard and it was not quite the attention to detail that I was expecting. Once they got us to sign the contract, communication was very poor. We tried to get in touch with them several times because we had been waiting for months on an install date. It took weeks for our project manager to give us the news that there was a problem with the metal shipment, which she said our sales rep was supposed to have told us about, which did not happen. During the removal of our old roof they crushed a lot of our garden, which we had recently added to. They broke one of the plant pots on our front step, didn’t tell us, and taped it back up with black duct tape. When we told our project manager she was very apologetic and offered to get us a Home Depot gift card to replace the plants and the pot, which was nice, but she never followed through. They also broke the gate to our backyard by forcing it to open in the wrong direction. Most days trash was left around in the back, side and front yards. Most of it was cleaned up at the end of the installation. All in all the process was a very stressful experience for us. Now that it is on, we love our metal roof, but I’d say try to find another installer.

Absolutely rude customer service! Saleman Felix never showed up for the estimate as discussed, and Michele at the office didn't return phone calls. Ignore their reply, Felix had promised to visit the home that was just renovated. Their state of the art approach doesn't work since Google Maps data is completely out of date.

Had them install new roof. It has a few bad leaks. They won't honor the warranty and the manager won't even look at the problem, telling me to live with it.
