This place was amazing and easy to appreciate if you love yard sales and looking at old treasures. It's nothing fancy but it has insanely cheap prices and the owner Matt was friendly, down to earth, and great to conversate with. I havent walked out of a place with my hands full of items in forever and turn down things I like often because of the price. This thrift store also had a fitting room which was awesome. I was able to try on everything before I bought it and was even more excited to make the purchases knowing I'd love them! I would absolutely say check this place out on a rainy day and support an honest small business.

I am so impressed with Matt at Budget Stretchers. He is very outgoing and personable. He is knowledgeable. I will recommend Matt and his Budget Stretchers store anytime. If there is something you need Matt may have it in his store.

This is the only place I ever been to that sells dvds for only 1 dollar each. For this reason, I keep coming back. They also have the biggest selection of dvds than anywhere else. And they are in alphabetical order. They also sell other things I guess, I never really looked around. I always get caught up on the dvd section. Absolutely love this thrift store! ALWAYS walk out with some great finds !! The prices are some of the best in town , thrift stores wise! The gentleman at the counter is always so nice and packages everything with care. One of my favorite spots in Rhode Island for thrifting ! Not many clothes but it has everything else :)

This place was recommended by a friend; I, in turn, recommended it to my other friends. This place is loaded with bargains. Great place for consumers that don't have money to burn. Once you go, you'll come back. No pressure shopping.
Only issue is they are only open on weekends--it's hard to wait when you want something on Monday.

Wow, a little bit of everything: bicycles, furniture, tools, electronics, clothing, shoes, dishware, knick knacks, DVDs, CDs, and too much more to mention. Matt--the owner--is knowledgeable of the products he offers, and his prices are generally cheaper than Amazon, ebay, and Facebook Marketplace. My first Go-to place.

Cannot say enough about BUDGET STRETCHERS. I try to go at least once a week to get bargains before they're sold out. Always something new. Staff are both professional and polite.
