Everyone is so nice! The receptionist are great and make sure you feel welcome! The nursing staff and doctors have been incredible (Dr. Sullivan rocks!!). I also get super anxiety for shots and blood draw; sometimes my blood surges drops after and I borderline faint. The NP’s are always incredible on having ice packs ready and offering me water/ staying in the room and talking to me incase I do lose consciousness. A receptionist even came to hold me hand last week for my vaccine so I could be distracted. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate their kindness and care. They take mental health just as serious as physical health! I have recommended friends to the practice who have other doctors and love them as well!

This was my first visit with a new PC and from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt like I was seen and heard. The girls at the front desk were friendly, helpful and patient. NP Peasley was amazing! She made me feel safe in that she addressed all of my concerns and was proactive with my health. I highly recommend this group!

I absolutely love Care New England Primary Care! I have never been treated with anything other than respect and compassion.
When I needed to find a new doctor I simply called the group and took the first available appointment. Dr. Hackett took the time to talk to me and find out my health background, current concerns, etc.. He takes his time at every appointment! Dr. Hackett is never dismissive of my concerns, He is very knowledgeable without all of the "Hey, I'M the doctor!" stuff. He also has a very good sense of humor.
I have never had an issue getting a callback either from the office or from Dr. Hackett. Maybe it helps that I work in healthcare so I am more than aware of things that might mean their office is not having a perfect day. Things happen and it makes it easier for everyone if patience is practiced.

Super friendly when I went to the new location felt like I had already been going there for years. I have a really hard time with change so when I met the new doctor I was nervous but excited like I said before they all made me feel as though I have been going there for years and like I was part of their family

Check-in, check-out staff need a "customer courtesy" course. Both were rude spoken and hardly made eye contact. I was the first appt, only one other person in waiting room. No stress. Check-in person took pleasure in gruffly telling me to "Get on the yellow circle" while waving her arm as I approached. Harsh and discourteous attitudes.

Calling their office you only get a recording and after leaving a message, it my take a day or longer before you get a reply. Sometimes no call back at all

Sandra Peasley NP needs retraining on customer service and how to treat patients. She filled in at the Primary Care in Pawtucket yesterday 12/10/23 and was absolutely awful. Didn’t introduce herself, I didn’t even know who she was until I logged onto MyChart. She has no empathy or compassion I’m not even sure why she is in the field she is in. I went to the walk in because I wasn’t sure if I had Covid, the flu or possible bronchitis. This NP could care less as she stated several times, “there was NOTHING” she could do to help me. How as working in the health care field you tell that to a patient? Then she wanted to send me to work knowing I have bronchitis because she was sick and she worked so I have to work because she did? I couldn’t even breathe and I have this rude lady basically coming at me because I need her help, that’s your job. & to make matters worse I work for CNE and I was absolutely disgusted how she treated me so I can only imagine how other patients feel. If I could give 0 stars I would. Patients go to you to trust that you will help them not belittle them because you don’t want to do your job. I told her I worked for CNE as well and suddenly the tone changed, totally unacceptable.

I intended to become a patient of this practice.I waited an hour to meet a NP. I was ultimately told by this person that she works 60 plus hours per week and therefore was very busy, she did not even glance at my intake paperwork that took a lot of time on my part. I decided that I am not looking for a provider who declares how busy she is. We are all busy. Be glad, Sandra Peasley , that you get paid for your 60 hours! Super unprofessional, insensitive comment. Bedside manner needs a serious tune up!

I called to schedule a sick visit . The rudest woman answered the call - told me to go to a walk in and then hung up on me. Nice patient care . I work for CNE, can’t tell you how embarrassing that is to the network. Thinking of changing practice after that experience.

Dr I see is wonderful support staff was rude hard to deal with yelled at me. As they yell your personal information. So the whole waiting room can hear it it was almost impossible to get an appointment I don’t nor does any patient deserve to be treated like that like we are bothering them
