Best meal I’ve ever had! Everything was cooked and made perfectly. The temperature, the seasoning, and of course our amazing waitress Alison! She was very sweet and gave great recommendations. So beyond impressed. Very nice owner as well. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

**Came back a second time, 2 days later because it was so good and needed more. Ordered the charcuterie board and calamari to switch it up and it didn't disappoint. Alison was our waitress again, she is so sweet and very funny. I'm going blank on the owners name (so sorry) but she is amazing and knows how to run a restaurant! All I can think about is The Mustang when I want to eat! Thanks for making the best meal and being a highlight of my trip in Utah!**

My husband and I were hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews, however, it far exceeded our expectations! Yes, it is expensive but for a 3 course meal…to be expected! Our food was absolutely amazing. The Bruchetta, Elk Chop, French onion chicken, bread pudding was chefs kiss. Our waiter was also so kind and we enjoyed talking to him! Being nice goes a long ways. Would come back!

This place was amazing!! The duck egg rolls appetizer, elk chops, mashed sweet potatoes, filet, truffle garlic fries, and the bred pudding were delicious. Best meal I've had in a long time😊

Great food and drinks at a very nice restaurant. Most of us had the elk chop, which was incredible!! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. The mussels were fresh, clean and delicately delicious. Others thoroughly enjoyed the wedge salad and pear salad. I finished off my meal with some fresh berries and vanilla ice cream which was great, the mix of sweet razberries strawberries and blueberries were all super ripe, firm and not too filling.

Wow! The service at Mustang restaurant in Park City is top-notch. The servers Nic and Tray were attentive, and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect. I highly recommend this place for not only the delicious food but also for the outstanding service!

We had reservations for the Fourth of July 2022 and it was an amazing dinner and location. The inside is filled with beautiful artwork and we sat outside on the deck. It was a special menu and everyone had something different. There was a fillet with a crabcake, trout, shrimp scampi and chicken picatta for entrees. Appetizers were drunken mussels, potstickers

Had dinner at mustang on Friday evening with family. Aside from the food being more than spectacular, the service was impeccable with “Nic” providing a great dinner! It was a 9.5/10 in my opinion. Def worth a try!

Wow this place surprised me. We walked in after seeing it was the only restaurant that could fit us. Looking at the prices we were about to turn back and find something else but boy am I happy we didn’t. Coming in super hungry the food came so fast.The service was amazing our waiter Nic was so friendly and made sure to let us know that everything we order can accommodate us. With two picky eaters it can be stressful to find something they like but Nic was able to customize every meal we wanted. The food was 1000% worth the money and I would even pay more for it.

Came here for our anniversary. The food, wine. And dessert were incredible. We had the Filet Mignon and Lamb Shank. We also got a side of potatoes which was way too much food, so don't be fooled by the sides, entrees are more than enough. The chocolate souffles was the best way to top off the evening. If you are willing to spend the money, it's a great option for a nice dinner.

Best meal I had in a long time! Was outstanding, and if you go ask for Nic to be your waiter. He recommended great meals, wine, and desert!

Nic created a fantastic dining experience for us as a knowledgeable server guiding choices that were spot on! The Duck Appetizer, Bruschetta, Elk Chop, & Crusted Halibut were fantastic. A great date night for my beautiful wife and I.

We ate at the Mustang last night and it was amazing. Our server, Ali was very attentive and everyone was accommodating and pleasant during the 1/1/23 blizzard! The lobster bisque soup was delicious as was the filet mignon. The elk chop was outstanding as was trout and salmon dip appetizer. The salads (field green and Caesar) were very good and the Ann’s prescription drink was a perfect way to kick off the new year. I paired a glass of the Jordan red with the lamb and my son’s chicken was tender and perfectly done. As for the deserts, we had the chocolate cake and the hot fudge sundae was a perfect way to end the meal. We highly recommend The Mustang in Park City for a special meal with friends and family. The ambiance, culture of kindness and delicious food leave a lot to fondly remember. Thank you, The Douglass Family

Great service, cocktails & the best elk I’ve ever had.

As an employee, I am obviously biased. The portions are very generous, and the preparation and quality are top notch, in a casually elegant atmosphere.

I was skeptical when arriving because of some of the recent reviews posted. It’s a pricey meal but Nic’s service was off the charts and the food also was spectacular. Really made a great last night in Park City

We found this place completely by accident after all the other restaurants on the main stretch were packed out with fellow tourists. And what a happy accident! My steak was excellent quality and perfectly cooked. I think my favorite part, however, was watching our sassy server convince my uptight brother to try bison. Skip all the flashier tourist traps and eat here instead.

Some of the best fine dining I’ve had in quite a while. A bit pricey to me, but I’m not local to the area so the economy may have had a role to play there. But ostentatious cocktail? Check. Well-prepared stake? Check. Simple and sweet dessert? Check. They prepared vegetables in away that was appealing — that’s a high challenge.

As a disclaimer I’d say that I had hiked straight up a mountain the day I ate here, so everything probably would have tasted good.
