Farmers Insurance - Elizabeth Harwood

After 30 years with AmFam (and quickly deteriorating customer service) I switched all household policies to Farmers. Liz Harwood is competent, friendly, and laser-focused on first-rate communication. We now have more coverage for our home, cars & motorcycle - for less money!

Elizabeth is great! I recently moved to the city and needed to get renters insurances fast. She was able to quickly and easily get my information from my previous location and get me a quote that was perfect. She made it really easy for me while I was moving. I was as covered by the time I arrived at my new residence. Highly recommend!!

What nice people to work with. I met Liz and her husband earlier this summer. He works with my son, Liz my sons insurance. My son has horrible accident on a Sunday late afternoon and Liz and Matt spent hours on the phone making sure my son had everything he needed. Luckily no one was hurt but the damage… but Liz and Farmers came thru for my son. Got me thinking… I made the switch just today. Just good people out trying to help. You don’t get that anymore. Daniel Owens handled setting up my home owners insurance. There were some speed bumps along the way. His attention to all the details and extremely high level of customer care was more than ideal. Liz does such an amazing job at getting a quick turnaround and searching for the best deal for you. She is VERY good at keeping me on task as well, things like insurance can get pushed to the side and she always checks in with me to make sure it gets pushed back to the front burner.
