Unfortunately for me I had an accident in May. Ran into a deer. Due to the relationship that has transpired over the years with kens autobody. I didn't want my vehicle going anywhere else. Because I felt like I would be treated right and the work that needed to be would be what it's suppose to be here. Well here we are now in October and Aj and his team are still helping me with my vehicle. They have been kind, honest, patient with me, very accommodating with all my concerns. I see them going above and beyond what I think most would dispite all the other business they have coming in/going out along side of me and my issue. I was right about Aj and his crew. This place is the place to go if there is ever a need for autobody work. I am very pleased with their work but on top of that It's nice to know good genuine honest people do exist in the business realm.

Driving into Klamath Falls on my way to see a new grand baby in CA, I smashed my van into a deer on the highway. Th next morning I limped in to Ken’s hoping that my trip wasn’t totally derailed. Ken pulled sheet metal back, screwed loose panels together and rendered me road worthy even if a bit bumped up. Ken stopped and helped me with cheerfulness and competency. I offered payment which he refused because this was done as a helpful kindness. He turned a bad situation around and helped me see the baby! I know where I would go if I lived in Klamath! Thanks Ken.

AJ was very professional. He kept me informed and up to date on parts and delays due to shipping of those parts. My truck was there for about 6 weeks with extensive front end damage, but looks brand new!

Recently, I relocated to Klamath Falls and an 18 wheeler side swiped my car on the way up. Upon arrival, Ken's accepted my car without any wait time. They handled everything including the insurance. Another place quoted the repair would take until the end of October. Ken's fixed it within the month. I didn't have to do anything extra. They even handled the insurance and car rental. When I got my car back, it looked brand new like it came off of the show room floor. They have my business for everything.

I scraped up my brand new car on a concrete post in front of the Dutch Bros the other day and I was so angry with myself! I called Ken's Body and Paint and made an appointment for this morning. I brought my car in and they asked me to leave it for a couple hours, and only an hour passed and it was ready to go! I went to pick it up and the car looked perfect once again and the guys had even washed it for me! And best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the job they did -- they just asked that I bring my car in when I really need their help and to also tell all my friends about them, which I will do, and writing reviews is a great thing to do for businesses these days too. Oh and I also forgot to mention that the guys were all very friendly -- great customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with Ken's!

This place is the best. I've had work done a few times over the years, and each time I got 2 other quotes and theirs was always the best. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars they were very professional towards me and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all.

I recently had someone put a nice size dent in my rear driver side door. I took it took Ken's Body & Paint, they repaired my car door and returned my vehicle back to me within a few days. It looks like nothing ever happened. Awesome service and professional to the T.

Had some issues when I picked it up. Discussed with them, they took it back in kept it until was all working correct. Would recommend them for any repairs you need.

I had a great experience with kens body and paint. Aj went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned to the same Condition prior to being damaged. Dave the head painter is damn good at what he does! Paint looks great! Thanks guys!

You people have any body work needed go to Ken's. They did an awesome job on our 4-runner. Best place in town.

These guys have never repaired my car but any business that offers support to the men in blue, Law Enforcement, will always get my business.

Did excellent work on painting the hood of my jeep satin black. After all the abuse, rocks, 4wheeling, snow and mud, the paint job has held up well, not a single complaint from me.

Brought in a car before taking a last minute trip, they were able to fix the problem and provided excellent customer service. It is refreshing to work with a business who cares so much about their customers!
