Love at first step! Oh. My. God! That was literally the best massage I have EVER had! I floated out of the room. Gracey is SO incredibly skilled at what she does! The Space is so unique too! I’m looking forward to booking again very soon and will continue bragging about it to anyone who will listen!

If you have never tried Ashiatsu Barefoot 🦶 Massage before, I highly recommend it! Today my husband and I got a couples barefoot massage (late valentines date) and it was such a cool and unique experience! Full body massage… no hands were used, only feet! The atmosphere was a great vibe, Emily and Georgia were so sweet and welcoming. We will be back!

I'm a return client and I'll likely never go anywhere else in Spokane for massage therapy. I recently visited The Space and had the pleasure of working with Emily. She was very attentive and easy to talk to. Throughout the session she was letting me know what she was working on and how it would help the problem areas we discussed which was great. The environment was very clean and relaxing as well. 11/10 overall experience.

I don’t get many massages, but THE SPACE is where it’s at. Great professionalism and Spokane homegrown. Difficult to consider going other places. Georgia was great, and Mariah and her team are a step above anything I’ve experienced before. Worth it.

Georgia is amazing. My husband and I get seen by her monthly (we would go more often if we could!) for the last year. We both train for triathlon and Georgia is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at what she goes. She has kept us injury free 🙌🏻. I would highly recommend her!!

I had my first massage with Gracy yesterday. It was a wonderful experience. I have had lots of traditional massages hoping for the best and usually feeling one or two ares get time to focus on. This massage was unique in that my entire body felt focused on. It was a unique experience compared to anything else. I also greatly appreciated the heated table. A unique and exceptional experience. 🙏

A revelation of what a massage should be. Lying on the table, the evident wisdom of the technique makes so much sense. Wholly efficient (not a wasted move) and effective. When I have out of town visitors I’m going to make sure they get a chance to have an Ashiatsu massage at The Space.
Annie is intuitive and focused, which translates into caring. Get the 90mins!

Gracie does hands-on massage and she is top-tier. Where all other masseuses I've been with seem to not quite have it figured out, Gracie seems to have cracked the code for how to give an effective deep tissue massage. For my back issues, she's more effective than any other method of treatment.

Once you go Ashiatsu you never go back! Found THE SPACE a couple weeks ago, and it's really the only place I want to get my massages now. I love that the foot technique is easier on these incredibly kind and giving massage therapists too. Much appreciation to The Space for helping people feel better everyday!

This was my first time receiving a professional massage and I can say this was amazing. Gracey is truly a master at what she does. The firm and constant pressure was amazing. WOW! All I can say is this the best massage I have ever had, hands down. Mariah was great. I have had many other massages to compare this to. Ashiatsu takes massage to a whole new level. I have never felt this good after. My range of motion is so much better. Try "The Space" massage you will not regret it.

Hands down the best massage ever. I saw Anne F. for an Ashiatsu massage. And yes, hands down. Anne has an amazing technique using feet instead of hands. This allowed for deeper pressure and traction. This was my first Ashiatsu treatment and I will never go back. Amazing, relaxing, and fulfilling. I’m hooked.

Went to The Space for the first time with my two girlfriends yesterday. We ALL loved our massages and can’t wait to go back. They use unbelievable and constant pressure, some spots deeper than others. I came in with pretty significant lower back pain and thought I had just injured it during bjj a couple of months ago, and was going to have to live with it. Guess not. Back pain was totally gone after the massage. With a traditional massage I don’t think they would have been able to work it out so well. I’ve never had anyone work on my neck as well as they did here. Amazing experience!

This was my first massage of this kind, and I don't think I can ever go back to a traditional hand massage now. Mariah was very kind, professional, and did an incredible job. I did not expect someone to so intelligently read and address my muscles with their feet like she did, and she was very precise and effective. 10/10 recommended!

Gracey at the space is the best masseuse I have been to in my 20 years of getting massages! She is experienced, kind, listens to your preferences and does not forget them the next time you return which makes for a better experience every time! The space is beautiful, a very relaxed environment.

Because I have Parkinson’s Disease, I experience a great deal of muscle tension, dystonia, and chronic pain. The only non-drug therapy which has given me consistent relief is deep tissue message - and the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced is Ashiatsu.

In my experience with massage done with hands, I have had both medical/clinical massage (cold, harsh, and often painful) and more relaxing, meditative massage (pleasant but not the most effective).

With Ashiatsu, or barefoot massage, Mariah melds the benefits of both “clinical-therapeutic” massage and “relaxation” massage, and produces something superior to either. Ashiatsu provides pressure which is deeper than any “hands on” massage, it is smoothly and evenly applied using her feet and body weight/gravity, and the experience is deeply relaxing while also being effective at relieving my symptoms.

I leave each session feeling absolutely amazing. For me, there is none of the unpleasant soreness or bruising I have experienced with traditional deep tissue massage done with hands.

Simply put: Ashiatsu barefoot massage is the best massage therapy I have ever received.
