I would like to leave a review our business has been a customer of the Jackson county bank since we started over 36 years ago. Jackson county bank was always loyal to the community and to its customers the employees have always been outstanding. Since the Jackson County Bank was acquired by security financial the outside customer service has deteriorated greatly. Since then there’s a lack of community involvement and support. The existing employees that we’ve worked with for years have been fabulous but the effects of the outside control of the security financial has been devastating to the customers. This has caused us to have to make the decision to switch to a more locally focused bank. Which is extremely unfortunate. We will certainly miss working with all of the loyal employees of the old Jackson County Bank that are still currently working for security financial as they are great friends and have always been extremely helpful kind and courteous.

I always go to the SFB motor bank in BRF and the employees there and the service I always get there is AMAZING! They are always super friendly and efficient. They can get very busy at times but service is always top notch regardless of how busy they are and how many cars are waiting.

The service here is great. The ladies make you feel welcomed. Kim Agusta is wonderful and Janice Selina as well.
