Sun Market Sauce Co.

Chef Michele prepared a delicious, traditional thanksgiving meal for my small family. Cooking a large meal just didn't make sense for us this year. I was happy to see the Sun Market Sauce ad in the Vero paper, and thankful she took our order just a couple days before Thanksgiving. It was really good, the turkey was moist, and the sides were very flavorful. Plus, the Chef was super friendly. I would definitely go there again.

Totally awesome healthy and delicious food! Everything is the best in Vero Beach! My daughter in law brought food home. Then i went by myself for lunch. Then 5 of my friends from church met me there. We each had something different. We all stopped for take out before we left. We heard the owner who is the chef hosted a cooking class for foster children one evening! What a wonderful thing to happen to those kids!! I am sure they will remember it forever!

The Grilled Turkey Gouda was excellent! Soup was equally tasty. The large tables invite conversation with other patrons. Friendly atmosphere. So happy there are more choices in paradise! Highly recommend.

Having just visited Sun Market Sauce Co for the first time I was delighted. I had the leek soup, Caesar salad, quiche, ciabatta bread and chocolate pie. Everything was "worth writing home about"! Not only are Chef Michelle's very talented and high standards apparent, add to that quality ingredients mixed with the fabulous attitude of all of the staff; she has created a very delicious, wholesome and affordable eating experience for the body mind and spirit. I look forward to using the Sun Market for catering as well.... !

The food is so good! They have sandwiches or quiche which pairs perfectly with soup or salad & fruit. It's a great variety for lunch. Also their bread is homemade & their desserts are incredible!

Outstanding ! Hidden gem which will soon be known to everyone. Great food, great staff and relaxing atmosphere. Everything made from scratch. Simply delicious.

It is my must visit and enjoy eating establishment when back in town !

Food and atmosphere is outstanding

Nice place and people

Intrigued by the review in the paper, my wife and I decided to try this place.
Our overall impression? They should have delayed the opening until the place was ready. The staff was personable and helpful. The offerings: few but attractive enough. The ambiance? Not there.

The tables were as described: long and crude. Also, I might add, uncomfortable. The menu offerings? laughably few, but some were good---at least those sandwiches that had all the ingredients that were called for: making a sandwich without avocado when it is called for results in a dry, unappetizing item.

I had the thee onion soup, which was excellent. My wife had the cheese soup, which was not.

The main impression I had of the place was that they were far from ready to do serious business, although in fairness the amount of business they were doing seemed to belie this.

My conclusion? In a month or so, when they are truly ready to open, I might be persuaded to try them again.

No idea how the food is but tried to visit twice during business hours and they were closed.
