Last week I went to the Toyota dealership to look at a Lexus UX 200, and left with a FORD Maverick Lariat edition.. thanks to Paul Willis, who was ready for us in the parking lot and acted as a true Customer ADVOCATE! I had been looking for a car for the past week. I didn’t want to have to drive too far to find a good deal, so I decided to go to Toyota of VeroBeach, which was not my first time doing business there. I was so delighted and appreciative with David as our salesperson. David is personable and attentive, and was able to find us a fantastic car without any pressure. The Highlander 2023 is exactly what we were looking for. Sandro in the finance department was also very nice and efficient. I have been to this Toyota location several times, both for previous purchases and for the service department. The staff is always welcoming, the waiting lounge is comfortable and spacious, and restrooms are nice and clean. Upon a purchase of a vehicle there is a celebration that the staff participates in by clapping and chanting while the buyer is encouraged to ring a large bell in the center of the showroom. This is a fun way to recognize the buyer and the salesperson. So if you are looking to view their extensive inventory, stop by and ask for David Siegel.

Immediately about my inquiry. Anatolii was amazing with us, from the moment we walked into the door and still now, making sure everything is ok. We found a scratch on the top of the car with rust. Anatolii went to his manager and got us touch up paint for it. We do t mind doing the work ourselves. Appreciate all the kindness from ALL he staff. The ladies are so kind-front desk, staff in the back for end of process papers. Finance manager was AMAZING , went above and beyond to make our transaction seamless.

I had an exceptional experience at Toyota of Vero Beach. From the minute I pulled up until I left with a new car. Ron Wise greeted me as soon as I exited my car. I walked out with brand new Toyota Grand Highlander.
