Kia of Vero Beach

I initially went in for an oil change on my Kia 2021, and with the help of Mr. Joshua Hambrick I drove out of there in a 2024 brand new Kia. I was nervous and full of anxiety but he assured me that he will help me throughout the entire process. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Josh and the entire sales team at Vero Beach Kia. Dale was amazing. He was patient with me and very thorough. He even had me come back and drive my car with him because it’s my car and I know how she drives. He has been the most efficient and kindest person I’ve come across in a dealership service department. He didn’t push me to do my repairs and he didn’t make me feel like crap for not getting it done. My husband met with Raymond Ho a few weeks ago. We came back a few weeks later to test drive both a Toyota Highlander and a Kia Telluride. We ended up going with the Telluride. Raymond has been kind and easy to work with. Specifically Low Key and Answers your questions to the best of his abilities. If he can’t answer them, he will get you the information you need. It has been great working with Raymond and we would recommend him to others should you need a salesman for your next purchase!

I had been out of town for 2 weeks. My check engine light came on the day before driving 1200 miles back home. Tiffany and her team were absolutely AMAZING, on getting my car fixed and I was able to leave the follow day that my car was brought in. They also sent me pictures and videos of the inspection that they found which absolutely no other auto shop has ever done. I was beyond impressed. Wish all Kia/car dealerships did this.

Diego was such a blessing, I got into a car accident a few months ago and he was able to not only help me get a car , but to have a better understanding of the process, Carlos as well bought us McDonald’s while we were waiting!!!! 🥰🥰 I am so thankful that God allowed them to be my salesmen!!!
