Nice family resteraunt with great service. Is often busy. However, the staff move people quickly without pushing anyone. I frequent this place regularly, and it's always been a good experience.

Another great visit. Diner type food, which is delicious. We had a mushroom burger w onion rings and bacon and eggs. Service was amazing and everything was very clean.

Everything is always good here a good variety of foods , good atmosphere, and just amazing service everytime I go here, even when it's busy food always served within a reasonable time. I'm a local so don't sleep on this place if you're visiting and never tried the place.

We had dinner here last night and breakfast this morning. Excellent food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Located right off the exit of the freeway. Food is home style with specials of the day of both meals and soup. Service was quick, the waitress very friendly and kept checking back to make sure our meals were good and to see if we needed anything further. Prices were very fairly priced. The food was very good.

Whoa, Shellie's Country Cafe the morning staff is friendly (not that any other shift is different...) just my experience. I had a fabulous breakfast. Introducing, "The Farmers Plate" all the food topped with perfectly melted Chedder Cheese and a side of minicakes. I had a question in what is the "mincakes" since I had not heard of pancakes referenced that way. They are mini pancakes. The syrup was very thin liquid and it was perfect.

The entree, was so cheesy delightful, that there was some cheese pull. I love that.

I give Shellie's a 5 stars rating. Food: great, Staff: great, honoring Military and Veterans with a discount: priceless!!!! Thank you.

The moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. The waitress told us to sit wherever we would like. We were promptly greeted by the waitress at our table. Our drinks never went empty, salads were brought our quickly followed by our food. I had the 2 piece chicken strip dinner with corn, baked potato and buttered toast. My husband had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and buttered toast. It was a great home cooked meal, definitely worth the stop.

Family told me it was the best Eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint! 😋

So good we went twice! A Helena institution. It's nothing fancy, but then it's not supposed to be. What it is, is very good, very homey food at inexpensive prices. Coffee is hot. Pop is cold. Or soda, or coke. But since we're in Montana.....
The food is good. Simple. As it should be. I'd recommend it as a good stopover or to have some items you had as a child if you grew up in the area, like side pork.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast or lunch break. Fast and friendly service. Food was still hot. Wife had a 1/2 sandwich and potato soup, which she says tasted like it was homemade, .. I had eggs, sausage patty, 2 whole wheat toast, and hashbrowns. Cooked good

I had the Italian burger and it was pretty good. Got a side of gravy with my fries and brought home some of the wonderful pies they make here. We had strawberry rhubarb and lemon meringue, unfortunately they were out of coconut cream pie.

Great people food was huge and good. Tons of pies to choose from but I was stuffed to try but plan to go back. Ice cream and milkshakes. Very cute comfortable place and open 24/7. The signs were funny to read. There are many of them.

Nice small little"Mom and Pop" place. Great food and customer service. I decided to get the vision burner with fries, pretty tasty.

The food is always so good and everyone is always very friendly. Denelle is high in the ranking for the best waitress on earth.

My first time eating here for turkey day and the meal did not disappoint! It was darn close to eating my mom's Thanksgiving dinner when growing up and that's sayin' something BIG! 🦃

Passing through Helena on business very late night, starving, we stumbled across this gem. Not only did the food hit the spot, our server Cameron A was amazing! The service was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! The portions were the perfect size and the homemade German Chocolate Cream Pie was the best pies I’ve ever had. This was a very wonderful visit. Thanks to all the staff for the hustle.

We were seated, meal delivered and consumed in 30 minutes. Best onion rings we've had in a long time. Super friendly staff, and reasonable prices

Came here to try a new place...the food is amazing, the service is amazing, our waitress she is outstanding....we will be back and I do recommend...Michelle was our waitress...thank you ma'am your the best....
