Quality Inn Alachua - Gainesville Area

Stayed at this hotel near Gainesville recently and gotta say, it was a solid choice. The rooms were decent, clean, and comfy. But the real highlight? The front desk dude, Tyler. This guy was super chill and helpful. Made the whole check-in process a breeze and had some great local tips. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable.

I'm giving this motel a 5 star because the staff was excellent, both the night young lady and the morning lady were very caring, friendly and efficient. Our vehicle broke down while traveling and we needed a handicap room on the 1st floor. It was nice and clean, soft bed with a tall toilet, lower side tub and hand rails. We were even offered a later check out time while we waited for our ride to the repair shop so my husband could wait comfortably. Everything in the room worked fine including the TV, we didn't use the coffee maker, mini frig, microwave, iron and ironing board but they were all available. We definitely will stay there again when our vehicle is repaired and ready to pick up. (P.S. our 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4's transmission went out after having the dry shaft replaced 2 months ago, so I give that truck a 0 star)

Great customer service, nice guy when I checked in. Was having an issue with the Wifi talked to a nice lady named Diane I believe, she said she’d get right on it. Clean rooms. The rooms look like the pictures 👍🏾

Stayed a few days for safety from the hurricane and my husband was 30 minutes away in the hospital. Everything was great no complaints. I wish I could have used the pool but the weather was the issue. I'd like to return for a vacation and get the same room.

The Quality Inn is an awesome Motel I've been a choice member for a long time and I will always do a choice hotel and the staff are awesome very courteous and respectful and the rooms are awesome

Room was upto standard. Was given plenty of towels and everything needed for stay. Schelley at front desk was super nice and helpful. So was Radha as well. Nice people and place all around. Little trouble with the drainage of the bathtub but told management and they said they'd take care of it and apologized. Again very nice people and will definitely be back. Alittle noisy with people outside of room but with the location it's understandable. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was SO NICE!!!!! It actually was fun checking in! I am grateful for this hotel which housed my 80 year old mom and brother during a Hurricane. They were friendly, kind and caring!!! Thank you!

I stayed on September 16-17/2023. Was loss late in the night after a Gator Game, Cathy was on duty that night, helped with directions on getting me to the hotel, also helped me get in my room as I was so tired. Than she made sure I got up in the morning after calling my room with no answer she came and knocked on my door, to make sure I got up. She also told the new Recep. coming on duty to follow up with me and her name was Shelly which she did. I will from now stay at this Hotel in the future for all the Gator Games I go too. I am actually going to be there this weekend. I also want to give a shout out to Radha, who was very helpful of going back and getting me the information that I needed today. GO GSTORS!!!! Here in town for work and unfortunately having to change hotels to get closer to my work area. The management and front desk care about their guest and go above and beyond for their satisfaction. If I am ever back in this area due to work I will most certainly be booking my room here again. 👍👍

We checked in late last night. Nicest front desk staff I can remember --last nite AND when we checked out this morning. This hotel is genuinely welcoming even when you have pets!! Building is not new but everything worked fine. Comfortable beds!

Stopped in for the night and found the best kept secret in Gainesville/Alachua!! This is the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted by Shelly and Leslie, we were treated like family!! Older style hotel with older style values, that comes with all the modern amenities! Very clean rooms, soft beds, big breakfast area with waffles, juice, coffee and such. Very friendly staff, and even a picnic area with a charcoal grill out back next to a very clean pool with a big yard for the kids to play. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing! In my line of work, I can tell you these ladies here know how to run a hotel!!!

My favorite place to say they make me feel at home. Tyler, Leslie, Shelly, and Mary are the best excellent customer service know us by name and being Diamond members. Always welcome us back. Large deep safe clean pool and tables umbrella's

Every staff member we had contact with were very friendly & helpful. Our room was good size. Added benefit of single cup coffee maker,
fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Shower was a nice suprise, good head & pressure. Small breakfast available, but did not partake so can't rate that. Overall, very pleasant experience

Shelly at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find a local auto repair shop and arranged for a late checkout when I had a delay. Great service by the staff. Older property, but clean room with comfortable beds. They are pet friendly too.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly greeted as soon as we walked in with a smile and greeting. I know thats the protocol of most businesses, however Maria was genuine and made us feel very welcome. Super friendly yet professional puts it mildly. She knew we were from out of town and here for the Gatornationals and ask if we had any questions about the area or would like any resturant recommendation's. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome , which is something you do not get very often especially during their busiest time of the year. This was out second time staying here and the rooms are quiet large for a hotel as well as neat and clean. We had forgotten to bring our extra pillows and ask Kathy if there was anyway we could get a few more. Expecting to get two more small one like we had she brought us three jumbo with fresh clean pillow cases. These two made us feel like we were at home yet on vacation..Its hard to come across friendly people much these days and when you do I believe they need to be recognized for it. To me a friendly smile and greet goes along way but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We will stay here every time we come through and hope to see them again and hopefully moved up in positions.

We stayed at 6 hotels in 2 weeks. This place had the friendliest staff and best breakfast. Close to several springs. Was the room great? Not really but we'd stay again. Price was good. Veteran discount. Free breakfast. Wonderful staff!
