Everyone is always helpful. I particularly appreciate Zach's help with appliances. Although I live closer to another Lowe's, this is my Lowe's of choice because the customer service and product availability just always seem better here.

Miss Deanna in the cabinet and countertop section at Lowe’s is the absolute best! She sat down with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with ease. Her personality is so pleasant, and she is so nice and made my shopping experience Amazing! She is so knowledgeable, and is so good at her job. I was feeling so stressed out about my kitchen countertops. Highly recommend Deanna for any of your kitchen countertop needs!

Had are order ready, just had to spend some time finding it, was put with another order and not tagged by whoever picked the items for the order, other than that things were what we needed and at a great price

Purchased a washing machine from alachua store and had excellent service from Joe in appliances. He went above and beyond to help me. I'll always ask for him. Never pushy, which is a plus. Great job Joe.

Zach in the appliance department went above and beyond to help my husband and I when purchasing a new refrigerator. The model that we where interested in purchasing was actually not on the floor for display, Zach had no problem offering to bring it out of the back and unpack it for us to look at before purchasing. Needless to say we where so happy for his effort, as we continued to look around the store he came and found us to let us know it was ready to look at. Although he went above and beyond we actually did not purchase the model that we requested to see, Zach was not even upset which was a relief as we know he took time out of his other duties to help us. He was very knowledgeable of the extended warranties and also the reviews of other customers for brands/products. He made the process less stressful and he was very pleasant, we even purchased an upright freezer that we may not of purchased if Zach wasn't so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you again Zach for all your hard work and dedication, also your helpful and kind spirit.

I was looking for something to put up a curtin rod. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed right away. Definitely a great place to shop.

Had some specific plant questions and there was a very knowledgeable lady in the lawn and garden center he was able to answer me. I really like the vibe at the Lowe’s in Alachua.

We bought a ton of wood and were pleasantly surprised with the quick offer to help us load it on our truck as we were checking out. It's always nice to see smiling, helpful people!

Friendly, helpful staff. Large selection to choose from for basically any household need or outdoor supplies and lawn/garden equipment. Nice plant selection as well.

We went for some stain to put on a new swing. They had multiple options to choose from and the store wss very well organized. The man working in the paint section was very friendly and very efficient at his job. The cashier was super friendly and even asked my father if he was a veteran so he could get a 10% discount. Great store, Great staff!!!

Staff was very helpful, and knew the location of each item I needed assistance finding. Everything I needed was in stock, if not where I expected it to be! The store was well lit and very clean, and everyone I saw both employees and customers were wearing a mask and social distancing effectively. Nancy working the self checkout area was a pleasure to chat with.

This store is great. I've always received great service. The staff is attentive and willing to help. I'm not sure of his name, but the guy in plumbing with the tattoos in piercings is extremely acknowledgable and friendly.

I am so happy that we have a Lowe's store here. The staff members are always so helpful!

5/1.... I came in yesterday with a water filter I bought 8 mo's ago but never used. It was a bit pricey as well. They took it back and gave me a gift card to use with absolutely no questions asked. I appreciate Lowe's no question asked returns!

For the most part the employees at the Alachua Lowe's are pleasant and helpful. Lately I have dealt with the people in the Large Appliance Dept. and everything has been trouble free and I walk out usually without Buyers Remorse, LOL ! All I can really say is that this is a big box store and they seem to rise above others that I have visited.

This five start review is for Jeanne at the customer service desk and Mike the supervisor in lawn & garden. You guys went above and beyond to help me with my dishwasher today. You showed me kindness during a very stressful time and empathized with me. You both deserve a general manager position and a substantial raise for handling my situation with grace - like a manager should have.

Janea, the general manager, gets a 1 out of 5 star review. You saw the mistake in the system and heard that I had spent four hours on the phone over two days trying to get ahold of you. You didn’t even look at me when Jeanne tried to introduce me. You didn’t offer an apology, despite the fact that I waited for you for over an hour. Heck, you didn’t even say a simple “hello.” Worse yet, when your staff asked you questions, you responded sarcastically with “yea… and?” You rolled your eyes at Jeanne who was trying her hardest to help me. When Jeanne eventually resolved the issue with your permission, you walked away without a word. Jeanne offered to grab you again so I could air my grievances, but I was appalled by your behavior and declined.

I get that you were probably stressed from interviewing potential employees. But the lack of respect that you showed me and your staff is disgusting. Hopefully, after your management team reads this, you’ll be provided with some leadership and communication courses before being allowed to supervise any activities within the store again.
