The clerk at the desk was courteous and helpful. The rooms were a little run down but clean and no bugs!

This is probably the worst room I've stayed in, BUT that's only about the condition. It was clean, just in poor shape. If you're just needing just a basic room, this is it. The bed was clean and comfortable, the TV worked, the AC worked, and the shower had decent water pressure. That's all I care about. :) Plus, it's next door to a Zaxby's and across the street from a Publix, so you can't go wrong there.

The gentleman working in the office on the evening when checked in was friendly, and so was the elderly lady in the office the next morning when we checked out.

Needed a place to stay a night and this place came in clutch. Guy at the desk was super nice, working TV, microwave, and fridge. Two double beds, but one fits my husband and I and our clingy two year old just fine.

I always see people rate places like this kind of badly but it gets the job done and if you don’t bother people they don’t bother you. There’s also a chain lock instead of the other kind which I appreciate.

I had a positive experience here. Got in late and miss Kat, the lady behind the counter, was EXTREMELY nice and polite and quickly gave me a room that was clean and comfortable slept like a baby and they let me check out a little later.

Just a good cheap place to stay there were three of us two adults one child $75 a night we just were there because our vehicle broke down hauling horses. The room was clean quiet there's a coin washer and dryer on the sidewalk in the through fare between sides of the building. Room did not smell bad the bed was comfortable with the pillow was horrible like a balled up pillows and put them inside of case that was the worst pillow I've ever had LOL thank God there was four and I could pick a different one

After driving for 10 hours, I finally decided to look for a hotel to stop at. No hotels in sight. I called ABVI, and Cat got on the phone and I instantly felt the amazing vibes she had. I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with the most beautiful smile. She was so sweet, so helpful. She’s definitely an amazing asset to the company. Keep up the great work, Cat! You’re absolutely astonishing!

I have to explain wow the five stars. The hotel has more roaches then you can count. Shower and bathroom broken. Fridge broken. Sheets clean and comfortable bed. Here why the five stars felt so safe and felt like I was staying in Mayberry. Every place we went around there the people were loving and caring. I grew up in a small town like this and felt amazing being around real southern hospitality again. The office staff was the sweetest people ever. I would totally stay here again with all the broken stuff and roaches. There a Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 right across the street. So getting up early was another plus on our stay.

Not a high end chain but with that comes a great price. One of the nicest "cheap" hotels I have ever stayed at! My room had fridge microwave ironing board flat screen TV ect. Pool on-site. Dated looks outside but inside tidy and very clean! Highly recommend for a buget minded person!

The price was perfect and the room was very clean. The pool was heated so it was very nice to swim. I had a no hassle check in and I was able to book online and pay at the location with cash... I would recommend to anyone and would stay again! Thanks!

Good service at the motel! I admit that I was not at the motel as a guest. My line of work brought me there for reasons I cannot specify, but to say the least, the rooms were clean and the employees were gracious and kind to my coworker and myself, as well as the guests.

I had a very good experience here. The rooms are clean and well stocked. Flat screen TV and Microwave and fridge. For the price you can't beat it. I would stay here again.

Not bad At The price wife was real sick left hospital everybody was full the beds were comfortable not like a rock clean room refrigerator microwave shower great rate i hope this doesn’t give my secret away but great job America’s Best Value Inn Your Clerk was great easy to deal with great little place !!

Cheapest Hotel in Alachua,and its not gross or filthy could use some TLC around the business..but over all... Great
