McDonald's

I had an issue with placing a mobile order where, long story short, my order accidentally got sent to the wrong location. I came in to this location in Emmett, explained the situation to the manager and she was kind enough to make my order for free. I was quite ready to pay for my order so this generosity is greatly appreciated. I didn’t catch your name, but thank you to the manager here!

Went there for a quick dinner after work. Nellie was super nice and made me feel better about being there so late! She was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Thank you, Nellie! 🫶

McDonald's is unprecedented in its sameness everywhere. It is as if, like electrons, they are indistinguishable from one another. This is due to their consistent use in the time space continuum as portal transfer points. Travelers from other times and other dimensions need to be reassured by the sameness of their surroundings. As a result they will enter one McDonald's and then instantly transfer to another. It works seamlessly. This explains the strange and unusual characters that one often seen entering and leaving McDonald's.
Oh, the food is sufficiently nutritional too.

Awesome service! The drive-thru was pretty busy & they missed our hash browns, but when we went into the store to ask for them, they were friendly & apologetic, and gave us two extra ones! We were pleased.

I like this place. These guys work hard abd do a great job, although if your not into pickles, like im.not, you will get them occasionally when ordered without. Clean,curteous,helpful and friendly staff👍

Way to go McDonald's! We had a tricky order you guys got it on the very first try! A lot of people tell you when you're doing bad, but not when you are doing good so we want you to know you rocked!! Everything was hot fresh and delicious including the sweet tea (maybe not the hot part) and the French fries! Keep up the good work!

Always great! Even though the staff face impossible odds. They, like everyone else, is understaffed. Yet they always exceed my expectations. Like I said they are understaffed but they always come through!

I didn't catch my server's name, but I did ask for their pronouns so I could refer to them properly in this review. Excellent service with a pleasant smile. They really make you feel like you are important and they're listening to you. Macdonald's is Macdonald's, the only thing that makes any of them better is the people that work there, and all of the staff I interacted with today were supreme.

Staff was helpful and polite

Humorous, asked the young man at the counter if they served hot tea, he said yes they did. When we received our order it was missing the hot tea. I went back to the counter to inquire, he said yes he remembered and would get it for us. Shortly he appeared at our table with ice tea without the ice.

Rode our Harley out to Emmett and had a wonderful afternoon! This McDonald's was a great place to fuel & warm us up before our ride home! Service was great and food was hot! Keep up the good work!!!

This lady named Kasey I believe, was doing an amazing job! She got put into taking the order in the middle of the order. She was taking my order at the front and she had the best customer service!

The young manager in training literally saved the day. I had some very upset littles and his jokes and overall good mood rubbed off on the grumpies making what would have been a tedious 40min drive back to Caldwell actually enjoyable.

I only ever go to Mcdonalds or Taco Bell (if I'm craving something besides burgers). They are convenient, fast, inexpensive, and service is good. I wanted to take a moment and appreciate Samuel who was super nice to us tonight! It improved my not so great day a bit so thank you!
