I love the super high-quality clothing and fabrics—it’s a great place to buy small gifties too, beautiful jewelry, imported soaps, and delicious little chocolates. The staff is friendly and helpful too—and helped me find these lovely earrings…they’re my new favorite pair!

Beautiful selection of curated clothing and accessories. I always make it a point to stop in during my visits to Astoria. Great for gifts. A fuzzy, soft bathrobe was one of my favorite purchases! The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at 4 Seasons, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. While visiting the store, I was interested in exploring their hair and body oils. However, my attempt to simply smell the fragrance from one of the bottles led to an encounter with a sales associate that left me quite dissatisfied.
As I reached for the hair and body oil, the sales associate rudely reprimanded me, insisting that I should not even think about spraying the product because it's an oil, all while remarking, "this is a clothing store." I politely clarified that my intention was solely to smell the fragrance, and I was well aware of the product's nature as an oil.
To my dismay, the store clerk remained confrontational, claiming to be unaware of my intentions and failing to apologize for their brusque behavior. This encounter escalated to the point where they raised their voice, causing embarrassment and leaving me feeling disrespected.
I must say, this experience was not only disappointing but also left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be returning to 4 Seasons, and I'd advise others who don't meet the store clerk's standards of dress to be prepared for potential judgment based on their appearance. Customer service should be welcoming and understanding, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Be careful if you shop here, the owner is VERY pushy and only buy what you really love, because she doesn’t give refunds...oh, and doesn’t bother to tell you that or gave it posted where it’s noticeable. As my friend was trying stuff on and the owner was standing there talking to us, my friend said she wanted to try it on with something she had at home and then she could bring it back if it didn’t work. The owner didn’t bother to say she doesn’t do returns. Very unprofessional. I will never shop here again and will urge no one else to either. Be up front about it, owner.

'opens at 11-ish' I waited downtown for like two hours and you never opened. 11-ish is maybe 12, not 2-3 in the afternoon. Just a bad way to do business. I don't even want to try going back.
