I had rehab for 2 knee replacements and a torn Achilles tendon here with Alan Santiago. It is a well run facility and very efficient. My appointments were always on time, and they have a friendly staff. They are very proactive so you can get back to having your normal life back. I highly recommend this PT facility.

4 stars on a condition. I have worked with Megan for all but on visit so far. I have no complaints about her work and skill as a PT. Last week I worked with Kendrek. He tried traction on my neck and shoulder with painful results. My neck was pretty much locked up for 3 days with pain at the base of my skull. Nothing worked to reduce the pain or muscles. I tried ice and heat, nothing. After the 4th day, my neck loosened up some. After the 7th day, my shoulder is pretty much locked up. Very difficult to move. Whatever Kendrek thinks he knows, he should go back and learn how to deal with certain types of spinal injuries.

I was suppose to see him on 12/1, but called to reschedule with Megan. The girl who answered as not the regular one, and when I told her Kendrek caused me a lot of pain, she snickered. Not sure why my added pain was funny to her. I wanted so say something, but it wasn't going to be nice and my focus was getting my appointment. I will be talking with the regular front office woman at my next appointment.

Brenda -- the PT -- did not appreciate that I did not want to use the electrotherapy machine. In my opinion, it's just a way for them to keep you occupied while they provide care for other patients. She was rude to me when I refused this type of treatment, which is not something you'd expect from a supposed medical professional.

Also as a self-pay patient, I was lucky to even get fifteen minutes with Brenda during an appointment, excluding the initial evaluation. At another office, I get a full hour with the PT for far less than Recovery Zone charges.
