I wanted to give an updated, more through review so I want to make sure to say that the staff here is so kind, helpful, patient, knowledgable, & professional. I felt heard and in control of my care. I always understood what was going on because hey have the best bedside mannners. Scheduling was always easy & same with rescheduling too. Medical billing must of always went fine because i never had an issue.
I believe a refferal is needed so if you think you need to see a brain doc. I Would reccommend talking to your normal doc or call them and ask how to get a refferal and they can point you in the right direction.

I visited Alaska Brain Center for EMG testing in April of 2022. The staff were friendly, efficient and pleasant. The facility was clean and organized. The physician was rather unremarkable.

My biggest complaint was when I had to pay my balance, I called numerous times to make a payment, no online portal to accept payments. Further, when I gave them my credit card they charged me the credit card processing fee over and above the amount owed, 3.5%. I must say, of all the medical payments to other providers I have made, this is the first time I had to pay this fee over and above the cost of services rendered. Bank fees are this a cost of doing business in today, this is enough to say I will not be back!

Took my friend here, waiting for long time for his appointment to be over, over 10 min to wait for them to print out papers at the end.
