Kaiser Permanente Haymarket Crossroads Medical Center

Kaiser permanente is an amazing facility. Every time I come here I feel at ease and feel well taken care of. I recently came to get labs done and one of the lab techs named Monica was very kind to me. I am squeamish about getting my blood drawn, but she made the experience very calm, relaxing, and treated me like a person rather a patient. Highly recommend coming here if you want top rated care.

I've been here several times for eye care and routine physical exams. The nurses are great never had a reason to complain but plenty to be greatful for their care. Much appreciated.

If you need an in-person appointment, Kaiser in Haymarket is a good choice. It’s not as busy as the one in Manassas. Pharmacy always provides great customer service and fills the prescriptions fast and efficiently.

I visited Kaiser Haymarket today to get my labs done and it was such a pleasant experience! She was so patient and kind, I would highly recommend coming here :)

Dr. Dubois and staff are so competent and professional, providing superior and caring service!

The receptionist is always very pleasant in welcoming patients.

Finally. the facility is spotless! I am completely satisfied.

Dr. Dharia and her team are amazing. The nurses Harpreet and Nancy took very good care of me. Stanley CA and both nurses make me feel so important. Such a great care. I wish we also have urgent care here at Hay Market medical centre.

A mammogram is one of the most distressing things to me, but Karen at the Heathcote location made the experience so much better! Grateful for employees such as her!

I love this location. The lab tech Jhen is absolutely amazing! I personally have to get lab work quite often so it helps to have a tech who is gentle caring and knows what she is doing. She does an absolute wonderful job to be taking your blood!

Everyone were so nice and friendly started with the lady that was checking the temperature.
I was there yesterday 10/15/20 with a horrible back pain and the nurse Sylvia was so nice she deserve five ⭐ and the Dr Dubbois was great too. This center is very quiet and clean.

Dawn, the RN onsite at Haymarket Kaiser, was literally my personal angel this week. What an amazing person. She's truly made me feel more positive and seen. She's an example of how all of us should be treated by medical community so, the rest of you, take notes!!

I love the convenience of everything mostly at one place. Pharmacy, imaging, family doctor, OB-GYN all in one place. I've always gotten great care. At any location I've ever been, all the doctors, nurses and any other staff have always been helpful and friendly.

I live in district heights and made an appointment and didn’t realize I was 1 and half hour away so I called in to let them know. And Ms. Justina and Dr. Filla was so kind to me and squeeze me in her scheduled even though I compromised her. They were very welcoming and this Kaiser is like no other place very neat, clean and luxury I think I’ll drive out here again just for the good visit.

Lab work today was a joy. Jenn checked me in and was so nice. Then Michele from Ashburn was filling in to draw blood. I never even felt the needle go in! She is THE best! Kaiser needs to send Michele to Haymarket more often!

Pharmacy was prompt. Helpful that I get reminders and open later.

Everything from the time I arrived to all the clinical services were conducted with such efficiency that I was delighted. The care team treated me with empathy, took the time to understand and listen to my health concerns and provided personalize care. Feels great to be part of the Kaiser family. Dr. DuBois rocks

My experience was great. Proper measures are being taken in the facility to prevent the spread of Covid. The doctor and the nurse, both were very courteous and friendly. Almost no waiting time. The lab attendant was pretty quick too.

Dr Dubois has excellent bed aide manner and lab tech Monica was great with phlebotomy skills 👍

Dr. Filla and the nurse staff in the obgyn suite are awesome let me just start off with that lol. Caring bedside manner, very informative and non judgemental they all truly care.
Dr. Filla discovered my ruptured ectopic pregnancy and very promptly guided me to the within network hospital.
Literal life saver!
My 3 year old son had to accompany me to my post op visit here and everyone was so sweet to him making him smile and laugh :)
