I ate sea food but the best was the drinks and the service .. o hope I come back .. thanks to all the staff ! And thanks to all that make these restaurant work . Everything was great !

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use some amazing cuts of steaks and make sure each dish is done the right way. The Not-For-The-Shy Ribeye was especially memorable. It's definitely a must try!. In addition the service was great and very attentive. I highly recommend

Wow, great service! The waiter reminds us of the servant in the "Bird House." A+ on one appetizer, the other so- so. The fish dip one was so-so. Shrimp pasta something I got with extra shrimp!!! Yummy! Loved it.

I loved dining here, our experience was great and there is many dishes to choose from. Our server Ricardo was so attentive and made sure we had a good time and all the details were taken care of to make our dining experience fantastic. If you’re planning to try J Marks, ask for Ricardo to be your server, you won’t be disappointed. Dani the manager was very friendly and also made sure we felt welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

All of the food was hot, fresh, and excellent portion sizes (easily shareable). The dishes we had were the Jumbo Crab Cakes, Fierro, Chicken Parm, and Salmon Salad. The manager did a wonderful job of making sure that the food and service was up to par. I’d definitely eat hear again!

I went here for a solo dinner while in Fort Lauderdale. The prime rib I ordered was succulent, the rice was cooked perfectly as well. I wasnt a huge fan of the beans but they werent nasty. I wanted the mac n cheese but apparently it was limitedly offered and they didnt have any when I went to order so i had to settle for the rice and beans. That was truly the only downside of my experience. The lychee martini was good but didnt have a lychee as garnish. The service was great and everyone who interacted with me during my time there were friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was calm, quiet and clean.

this place never disappoints. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered every question without hesitation. I've been there before but,my friends that I brought,have never been. we ordered the mahi-mahi, the Scottish salmon, the chicken Parmesan, the crabcake, the avocado eggrolls, and of course the legendary carrot cake.

Dani has always been the best manager of any restaurant we’ve ever frequented. She is customer focused, detail oriented and expects the very best of her staff and they rise to the occasion.

Chef Reggie is an absolute MASTER of all things food. He works the room, stopping by to ensure guests are happy with their meals and sharing recommendations and upcoming specials. Everything I order here is amazing.

Our dining experiences at J.Mark’s makes it hard to choose other restaurants closer to us because of their amazing food, great staff and unmatchable management.

Absolutely delicious! Food was great and cocktail drinks were real cocktail. The service friendly and very efficient. Jesus took the time to explain and help us make the menu choices. It is on my return list!

I like to explore places that offer brunch with my daughter to spend Sundays. Today, she and I had a very pleasant time at this brunch that was exceptional. Recommended 100% and especially if Ricardo serves you, his attention, details and incomparable conversation 👌🏻🙌🏻

Wanted to leave a review for our first time going to J.Marks in pompano beach fl. When walking in we were greeted nicely and the inside of the restaurant was very welcoming. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting manager Danny. She made our day after being very friendly and accommodating. She had a great personality and outstanding recommendations of drinks and food. Everything was absolutely above standard and Danny made our first experience at J. Marks rememberable and worth it. We will definitely be coming back in the future to try more delicious meals and drinks. Wanted to thank her specifically for being such a wonderful person who made us feel special and welcomed. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. 5/5 recommendation.

I went there with my girlfriend and sat at the bar. Danny, the manager is absolutely one of the best managers I’ve ever spoken to at a restaurant. I love going out to eat, and I’ve been to a lot of nice restaurants and I have to say Danny was absolutely the best. She was accommodating, she was friendly, Good energy, and told us some great foods to order off the menu. We will 100% be coming back there because of Danny.

Two of us went here on a busy Tuesday night. We were seated right away. Kelly was our server. She is AMAZING, ask for her. Even though the restaurant was busy our food came out quickly. The food was AWESOME.

I normally go to the J. Marks restaurant on Federal Hwy and NE 13 St in Ft. Lauderdale, but last night, my foodie cronies decided to try the original J. Marks in Pompano Beach, 1490 NE 23rd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 (actually, it is on Copans at the West end of the Pompano City Center). I remember going there once about 15+ years ago when it opened.

Our dinner experience was excellent from the atmosphere (already decked out for the Holidays), the very attentive service, and the delicious food. Always. Besides their wonderful meals, I love their home-baked complimentary hot buns with soft whipped butter that they put on the table upon sitting down. You can’t just eat one… In fact, I could make a whole meal with just those (no photos of the buns).

Come to think of it, I prefer the layout of the PB locations, but the Ft Laud spot is more convenient for me. Either places, the food is always superb.

First time diners here. We were greeted warmly by the hosts upon arrival, and got great service and recommendations from Joe, our server. He was friendly and accommodating but not hovering, which I liked. After dinner; the manager Dani came over to check in and we enjoyed chatting with her too and were sure to tell her we enjoyed our meal from start to finish. Our party of 4 had: cocktails, bang bang shrimp and spinach dip to start, then chicken salad, walnut shrimp, blackened chicken pasta, and ribs for entrees and finally carrot cake for dessert. Highly recommend. Plenty of choices for everyone and very, very good.

Nice place with mixed menu. Make sure you don't miss out on the bread. Started with calamari which arrived with 3 different sauces, nice taste and plenty for sharing. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection, mine was medium, with few side to choose from. My son ordered the grilled chicken breast, which was juicy and rich of marination flavor

Yesterday we have the most amazing dinner, food was delicious but what make more special was Loretta service, she was beyond amazing. Thank you Loretta for treating us so special, I wish all the best and J Marks is blessed to have you.

A pleasant atmosphere; however, a little loud at times. Service was on the slower side, but that may have been because our server was helping out with a private party. BUT, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT !! We shared the spinach dip to start, and finished off every bite. The entrees were fabulous. Mine was the chicken piccata over angel hair pasta, with plenty of amazing sauce, (a necessity in my opinion). My dinner companion enjoyed another chicken dish, also with a nice gravy, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes. We were popping buttons, so to speak, after the entrees, (and there was enough food for both of us to bring home large portions of left overs), so dessert was out of the question. It was most definitely the best meal I’ve had in a very long time. The martinis and wine were on point as well 😄A most pleasant dining experience indeed! We will go back again, and soon!!

Me and my party of four arrived to J. Mark's at around 6:30 last Saturday night. Without a reservation, we weren't surprised to have an approximate 45 minute wait. Not only was our wait shorter than the anticipated time, but we were greeted with smiles and kindness by all the staff there, which is not always easy to come by nowadays. Our waitress was helpful and attentive, and the food and drinks were phenomenal. The whole party was pleased, and I will not hesitate to revisit J. Mark's on my next trip to the Pompano Beach area. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

A friend and I lucked into finding this restaurant. We each had the chicken salad on a croissant, and it was phenomenal. The taste, textures, and freshness combined perfectly. I had the brown sugar mojito. It wasn't overly sweet or tart... very tasty. Our Walter was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We will definitely meet up here again.
