The Seabourn

Love this place! I am so happy living here, been here for almost 2 years now, the space is great, it is quiet community with great amenities. The location is so wonderful easy access to the beach and close to downtown, staff is so nice and always available to help. I recommended all my friends and so far got one to move in!

I have been a Vendor for The Seabourn for 5 years now and The Seabourn is one of the best communities in South Florida, if not the best! Working with hundreds of properties in South Florida, I have a large sample size. The grounds are immaculate, the amenities are second to none, the units are spacious, and the staff is amazing! Great Job Raquel and her team, keep up the good work!

We have lived at Seabourne for the last 15 months and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our apartment faces the gardens/landscaping at the south end of the pool. The view is quite nice. The people are quite friendly and I have spent a lot of quality time with our neighbours. The staff at the office are great and the maintenance crew attentive. Overall a great place to live.

Moved in a year ago and have to say we love this place. Iana at the leasing office is very professional and true to her word. She made us feel welcome and made the whole process easy and stress free. She is also very quick to help if we need anything. We happily renewed our lease.

STOP AND READ THIS: There is a secret that this community holds that everyone should be aware of. It isn't just the beautiful units; nor is it the well kept and clean grounds; It isn't the gorgeous heated pools or even the massive fitness centers. The secret they hold is their staff: Yana and Delaney. Never have I ever experienced any manager or leasing specialist who took the time they did to answer all my questions, make me feel at home and go above and beyond. I have never been to a community that was perfect in every which way and if you have the opportunity to call this community home - DO IT. Because they truly made me feel at home. Thank you ladies SO much.

The Seabourn is a wonderful place to live. Office staff is always friendly and responsive to tenants request and concerns. The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issue. Definitely a great place for families. Community and pet friendly too.

Melvin, the leasing agent at the Seabourn was so helpful, friendly and patient when we were looking to rent at the Seabourn. If you are interested in leasing here then he is a great contact and a wealth of information. You can tell he loves his job by the way he carries himself and you will also notice the residents there also care about him which says a lot about his character.

I love Seabourn Cove! Please read the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Of course every community has its pros and cons. I truly believe this community is awesome and anytime I have had concerns in the past, they were addressed with the utmost care and respect. Iana, who is apart of the leasing team, is the kindest sweetest person you will ever meet. If you can, work with her ;) The maintenance team wants only the best for you and to help you with your issues, so please treat them with respect. I lived at Seabourn Cove for 4 years and I always felt at home here. :)

Ilana is the reason I signed up to rent from Seabourn. She took care of me, she over saw any issues I had- a filthy apartment when I moved in- she was able to answered all questions and concerns without any attitude. She was always welcoming any questions. She is who I will miss.

I own a company where I have to be very focus on what I am doing, and believe me The Seabourne is so quiet and peaceful. Best environment ever to disconnect, plus they have 2 dog 🐕 park, can you ask more?😄 5 star from a very happy resident..!!🥰

I lived there for approximately 3 years and everything was great. Staff was friendly and property manager Raquel was always helpful. They also have really great amenities but what makes this place special is the Leasing Manager Iana. She was the one that helped us when we first moved in and made our staying there an extremely pleasant experience. I will for sure be missing her and hope she and the team get recognized for the value they bring to Seabourn Cove.

Today we visited the seaborn community looking for apartment. Very nice community. We were hosted by Iana and she showed us around. I wanted to take the time to thank Iana for her kindness and patience. Not only did she take the time to explain everything, she was also very thorough and professional. It was pleasure to meet such a dedicated, respectful and knowledgeable person. Thank you Iana

Came to lease and everything was beautiful and the leasing people, from the moment i walked, in were super welcoming. Maintenance were very nice and professional and the place has great amenities.

I recently moved in to the neighborhood.. and I cannot recommend it enough. I wanted a scenery change from downtown Ft. Lauderdale and was getting really stressed with where to live. Was the neighborhood nice to look at? Yeah. Was the tour checking a lot of boxes? Yeah. Was there a reasonable rent and availability to match me? Yeah. But it was the leasing agent, Melvin, that tipped the scale and made me want to live here. He’s my handsome and such a sweet, kind, and yellow aura soul. Made the tour so comfortable and immediately made me feel like a friend. He’s so kind and professional. He was definitely a factor for why I moved in!

A Great Place to Live! I wanted to move to a different city in the county after having lived in West Palm Beach most of my life. I googled Luxury Apartment Homes in Boynton Beach and this community was the first to pop up. I was definitely sold after the tour and it was the best decision I ever made. My daughter has Autism and I wanted something Safe, Comfortable,& nice for her to live and this community as exceeded my expectations. The staff is so very nice, professional and handle any and every concern or issue timely and with grace. The maintenance staff is also very good and efficient. The grounds are beautiful, modern, clean, and well kept as well as townhouse we chose. They often have community events and everyone in the neighborhood knows each other like one big family. If you are thinking about moving here stop thinking and definitely do it. I have no complaints I just hope they will be opening another kids play area again soon. Raquel and her staff are awesome!

I've lived here 7 yrs and want to thank the best Management I've ever met. Raquel, Iana, Delaney, Melvin & Estie are all great at their profession and absolutely wonderful people . Many thanks to them all !! They are a big reason I stay at The Seabourn.

Just moved in to Seabourn and had an A/C issue, technician arrived same day, on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed issue. Staff here is very responsive.

Great community, great leasing staff, great maintenance team! Amazing location close to A1A, Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. I’ve been here for a year now and I love it, pool is beautiful, brand new gym in phase 2 is great!

Great maintenance team. They respond quickly, work neatly and are courteous. The management staff keep the residents up to date on community improvements or problems, cocktail hours and food truck and medical truck visits. The property is well maintained. The repairs to the gym and bbq area in Phase II are taking a long time to complete. Although they will be beautiful and new by the Summer of 2023. I’ve made quite a few friends in the neighborhood. It’s a good mix of young professionals and seniors.
